This location has excellent customer service, the food came out perfect. Not only did we get treated wonderful by our server Dennis, but he went above and beyond and accommodated to all of our needs. He has a wonderful personality and is a hard worker as it got to be very busy after we got our food. The cooks there are on queue. All of the food was exceptional. We will definitely be back. Shout out to the hostess as well. She was very sweet and inviting read more

The manager at this place is a tool. And I don't mean a useful one. Slow service, questionable food quality, and the manager cannot be bothered to address customer complaints. The bathroom was clean which was the ONLY part of the experience that was worth it. Won't go back. read more

Went with our family last Sunday 8/30 to celebrate my nieces birthday! She loves Dennys! Our female server was excellent & prompt! We got seated right away in a booth in the middle. The place was packed with other large families with birthday celebrations too. The bussers were great & nice ! Food was yummy as usual! They let us also have a small cake there after our meal which was nice ! Great location ! read more

I know you're saying to yourself right now how can you give Dennys five stars? Well let me tell you this Dennys deserves it! I went here twice with my cousin and both times were great. The service a food were both very good and cane out in a timely manner. I do have to say that their prices have gone up a there a little expensive but that's everywhere these day. I had bacon eggs, hash browns and French toast and my cousin had bacon and eggs and sausage with hash browns. Coffee and orange juice. Like I said, the food was good. It came out cooked perfect perfectly and right on time. And the service was great as we never needed for anything. It's casual dining at its best. I highly recommend trying this Denny's in this area. It seems to be one of the best ones that I have eaten at. read more

While eating here on 8/1/25, a couple came into the dining room with a dog stroller with two small dogs in it. I let my waitress know that this was against the law and they could be fined by the health district for allowing this. I saw her talk to a manager and he waived her off. Managers don't get to supercede the law just because they like dogs. This is a health code violation. "Nev. Admin. Code § 446.625 - Animals on premises prohibited; exceptions ... 6. Therapy and comfort animals are not allowed in food establishments." SOUTHERN NEVADA HEALTH DISTRICT 2023 FOOD REGULATIONS 6-501.14 Prohibiting Animals (A) Except as specified in ¶¶ (B) and (C) of this section, live animals must not be allowed on the premises of a food establishment. .. (5) Dogs in outdoor dining areas, which are accessible without passing through the food establishment, and the patrons and staff operate in accordance with a signed Dogs in Outdoor Dining Areas Agreement (Appendix C)... To even have non-service animal dogs allowed on restaurant premises in Southern Nevada, the restaurant must apply for a dog patio waiver. This restaurant doesn't even have a patio for dining. Part of the legal waiver application from Southern Nevada Health District reads: "By initialing each box below, I attest that I understand and agree to the following permit conditions for a waiver of regulation 6-501.21 "Prohibiting Animals", which prohibits animals, other than service animals and security/police dogs, from the premises of a Food Establishment. The request for a waiver only applies to dogs (Canis familiaris). No other animals are allowed on the patio area, except for service animals and security/police dogs. Dogs will only access the patio area by means of the outdoor patio gate - dogs, other than service animals and security/police dogs, will not be allowed inside the food establishment at any time. The dog dining area will be segregated from the general patio dining area and marked as such. All restaurant-published rules and procedures will always be adhered to and strictly enforced. Dogs must remain on the floor, and may not be allowed on seats, benches, tables, or other furniture, or to be held by the owner at any time... ...The permittee understands and agrees that conditions under which a waiver is granted are considered conditions of the health permit, and failure to maintain such conditions after approval is grounds for permit suspension. The permittee understands and agrees that nothing in the conditions of an approved waiver may be interpreted or construed to be in conflict with the Americans with Disability Act. The permittee understands and agrees that approval of any such waiver is not expressed or intended to address safeguards to potential animal behavior - damage to persons and animals related to animal interactions are the sole responsibility of the applicant." read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this Denny's. Unfortunately, this also isn't my first bad experience here. I stopped coming for a long time because of previous experiences with the service, but I decided to give this location another chance. When I arrived, nobody even greeted me or said hello. What made the experience especially uncomfortable was watching other customers receive completely different treatment. Servers repeatedly checked on other tables, asked what they needed, and were friendly and attentive. Meanwhile, nobody came to my table , only when she dropped of the food. Lizabeth was taking care of my table, and I found her service very rude and unwelcoming. My food was brought to me along with my receipt, and after that I basically felt like they wanted me to eat, pay, and leave. Nobody came back to check whether my food was okay, whether I needed anything else, or whether I needed a refill. I wasn't even offered a bag when I needed one. The behavior around me also made the experience uncomfortable. Servers were throwing silverware around and behaving in a way that came across as unnecessarily rude and hostile. A manager who appeared to be the general manager and was wearing a baby-blue dress shirt also repeatedly looked at me in a way that felt confrontational and unfriendly. At one point I was even asked whether I was "with somebody" when there obviously wasn't anyone sitting next to me. Given the overall way I was already being treated, the interaction came across to me as passive-aggressive rather than a genuine question. The strangest part is that I genuinely don't know what I have ever done to these employees. I'm polite when I come in, I treat people respectfully, and I'm simply there to eat. Yet this is not the first time I've felt unwelcome at this location. I repeatedly see the same employees being friendly and attentive toward other customers while giving me attitude or barely acknowledging me. Even when I was leaving, the interaction was uncomfortable. Instead of clearly asking how everything was like I normally experience at restaurants, the employee was mumbling, saying things like "sure," and again came across as passive aggressive. I think this type of customer service is disgusting and rude. Nobody should walk into a restaurant, watch everyone around them receive friendly and attentive service, and wonder why they're being treated differently. Based on my repeated experiences here, I would especially not recommend this location to a young man dining alone. In my experience, I was treated very differently from the families and groups around me. Maybe other people will have a different experience, but this has happened enough times to me that I no longer consider it an isolated bad visit. There are plenty of other Denny's locations where you can simply eat without feeling like the staff is in some kind of mood with you. I would recommend going somewhere else. I gave this location another chance after staying away for a long time, and unfortunately I was reminded why I stopped coming in the first place. read more

Very rude, terrible customer service. I order with my family and they brought out my food and my sons while my daughters was not ready. I asked if our food could be brought out together as I'm not going to eat while my daughter doesn't have food and while speaking with the server she walked away and mumbled somethings she then told the manager who turned looked at me and just turned back around and didn't do anything. I would never eat at THIS Dennys again! read more

I did curbside pick up today, my order was due at 1:05 I had been parked in P1 which is right in front of the store since 12:50. At 1:10 I called the restaurant and as I watched the front desk store manager Jose Medina allowed the phone to ring and ring as instructions state to call once arrived. I then walked in too Jose still at the counter to pick up my order, I ordered curbside for a reason. Do better Jose don't just have the phones ringing while you're right there and don't pick up!!!! One of the closest Denny's in the Centennial area. I'm a big fan of Denny's and appreciate the app for the coupons. The food is consistent and has not given us any stomach issues. Ordered over the phone, and was told our total for the food was 34 dollars and some cents and when my dad showed up, they told him 43 dollars and some cents, they are just making up these prices, and the MANAGER told my dad "where did you order from, the Philippines?" I've always been more of an IHOP person, but Denny's has really won me over lately. It's become a surprising go-to for a classic, no-frills breakfast. The food is consistently good, and the service is always friendly and efficient. I particularly appreciate the simplicity of the menu. It's easy to navigate and find exactly what you're craving. Whether it's a hearty breakfast platter or a lighter option like pancakes, Denny's delivers. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable breakfast or dinner option, Denny's is definitely worth checking out. It's a great place to relax, enjoy a good meal, and feel right at home. read more

the food is okay. it's nice that it's 24/7 so there's something to go to say early in the morning before a really early shift. the prices are kinda ridiculous. I asked if they could add cheese to the scrambled eggs, and i wish my server had bothered to tell me how much it would be. $1.43 on the receipt it WILD. especially when u could add pancakes for like $2. i should have gotten pancakes instead. i mean the prices for the meals are still better than some other breakfast places but then again other places give u way more food so is it really cheaper? it's a fine place to go to when it's a weird hour or nearby, but not exactly my first choice. read more

The health department would have a field day at this location! Our server was great and the rest of the staff were working hard and doing their best for a small rush. However, who we could assume was the manager, Penny, was hard to watch. She would wipe her nose, play with her hair, be on her phone, then would serve food and hand out to go orders, WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. We waited an hour for 3 meals, one being a kid plate, and the food was cold, insanely greasy and just not good. 10/10 would NOT recommend. read more

Dennys 7071 w Craig rd #101 Las Vegas NV 89129 called ahead and placed my order, but when I arrived I noticed the cashier who later identified her self as "sparkle" was rushing an older gentleman that was at the counter by looking over the gentleman asking me what I needed then told her I had a pick up order gave her my name & she replied " when he moves I'll take your money" I then waited to submit payment cashier/server did not verify my order nor gave me a receipt. When I received my order I asked for a receipt which she said it's attached to the bag I seen a paper on it so I walked out when I noticed I did not receive the drink I ordered so I returned inside to let her know it was not the correct drink I ordered she then cut me off & said " don't know how you ordered & I cannot give you a receipt" which I was not done letting her know that the orange juice I received was the wrong item & it was watered down maybe they needed to refill their machine but again she didn't let me finish & then she said "I cannot give you a refund my manager should be in any minute" I then asked her for her name when I noticed she was not wearing a name tag she identified as "sparkle" but the paper on the bag said server: Olo A This all happened at about 06:03 it is now 07:00am been trying to contact a manager through phone but no one is answering hope the team member get the right training for customer service read more

Came here the 1st time 12/25/22. Th food was actually not bad. So I asked my family if they wanted to eat chicken fried steak & that Denny's is decent. Off we go. When we arrived we were the only ones waiting and about 4 tables were already occupied. We stood there waiting for about 6 mins as the workers were delivering food to tables. No one said "we will be right with you". So when someone does decide to see us she comes over & asked how many? Duh. We're the only ones here. She doesn't say sorry for the long wait or even acknowledge we stood there for 6 mins. Then we're seated and we order. Takes about 30 mins to get our food. The Food: If you've ever read any of my reviews you know i give my honest opinion of the place, food etc. The fried steak was okay but the gravy was damn awful. It was extremely watery & had big pieces of either corn starch or flour. The gravy had absolutely no taste whatsoever. Well a picture says more then words so please take a look. That's it I'm definitely done with my local Denny's read more

amazing service and amazing server, super chill and great service, would recommend this location

Highly recommend, clean. Service was quick and our server Jose was awesome. Very happy overall

Things have gone downhill with the new staff they have employed. Do not waste your time going to this location after 6:30am. You will spend more than 30minutes waiting for your food, by the time you do receive your food, it will not be what you ordered! I placed a to go order, waited over 30minutes, just to find out when I got home that it was not the food I ordered! I drove all the way back to the dennys to complain to Kevin the "assistant manager". He was useless with addressing my concerns. I told him I wanted a refund, and I did not want the food remade. I already had wasted enough time waiting and driving back to the location. He did not know how to process a simple refund ! He had to call Elizabeth the manager over the phone to be guided on how to process-a refund. He still did not process the refund correctly! Instead, he charged my account twice. I talked with the manager Elizabeth on the phone telling her he processed two orders not a refund, she did not believe me. She kept insisting it was done correctly when it was not! She stated the refund will process to give it time. Two days pass, I check my account and sure enough the refund was never processed, instead the transaction posted on my account. Kevin clearly lacks experience in his role. Zero customer service. Does not know how to communicate effectively with costumers or show understanding for costumers complaints. I do believe he is incompetent for the position he was hired for. When I order food during graveyard hours (before 6am) with Curtis I never have a problem. Curtis is courteous, makes sure my order is made correctly, and i have the utensils/condiments needed. Overall with the experience from this location, If it is not during the hours Curtis is working, I will NOT be going back. read more

This review is about the new Brisket Mac & Cheese dish. The service was 5 stars. The new Brisket Mac & Cheese was ok. It comes on a skillet BUT the skillet was cold. I have ordered many skillet meals and the skillet itself is always hot. The Mac & Cheese was like soup. There was hardly any macaroni in it. The cheese sauce was like water. It was only one layer not piled high like the menu pictures or the commercial. The brisket appeared to be an attempt at burnt ends. They were overcooked and a little tough. For $18 I was highly disappointed. This is just a rant but jeez a robot server! I asked my human server about it. If the human gets busy they put your meal on it and it brings it to you. In my opinion Dennys will probably start putting tablets at the tables and you order from there and the robot will bring your order. read more

Wish I could've gotten his name, but whatever server was running the floor October 1st, during our visit between 7:10 and 7:30.... was a joke. He sat our party quickly and then proceeded to ignore us for 20 minutes. He had about 5 tables, and in that 20 minutes only addressed 1 of the tables in the entire 20 minutes. He was slamming things, cursing, throwing menus. Basically having a temper tantrum. I don't know the situation, maybe he was supposed to be off already and his cover was late, maybe they had a lot of third party orders... who knows! Don't care. A quick table touch, waters to start and a 'I'll be with you as soon as I can' would've worked fine. I don't mind just enjoying my parties company and sipping on waters while a waiter catches up... I do mind being ignored. He might as well have just not sat us and said he couldn't handle it. I would address him before letting him run a shift solo again to avoid more lost business. read more

This location has gone way downhill. Came in on a Saturday night. Fairly busy and they only had one server! Was seated pretty quickly but after that everything took forever! Don't think the server has been waiting tables long or trained properly.Took our orders. Had repeat to her twice how I wanted my steak done, still didn't come out right. When she brought out my salad she had to ask again what dressing I wanted and I had to wait for that. My husbands soup came out with his meal instead of coming out with my salad. We had the manager come by more than our server! We were there almost 2 hours. Absolutely ridiculous! Never again. read more
