He and my mother laughed about how to pronounce mango correctly. lol Will definitely be back and will ask for El! I knocked one star off because there were two female servers that would embrace and rub up on each other every time they passed by each other. This is a family restaurant and they are at work. My family and I ate at Red Lobster last night, and overall it was a pretty good experience -- with a few highs and a couple lows. From the very beginning, our waitress completely set the tone for the night. She was so kind, patient, and attentive. Since we had our three kiddos with us, she went above and beyond to accommodate them and made sure they were taken care of. That kind of service makes such a difference when dining out as a family, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better server! Growing up, I always remember being so excited to come to Red Lobster. Seeing the live lobsters up front and getting dressed up for what felt like a "splurge" or fancy dinner made it such a fun experience. We've been here a few times over the years, and this visit finally inspired me to write a review. For dinner, my husband and I both ordered the Lobster and Sirloin combo, our two older kids shared the Ultimate Feast, and we got our youngest the kids popcorn shrimp with fries. The lobster was cooked perfectly -- tender, buttery, and exactly what you'd hope for. Unfortunately, both of our steaks were overly salty. And I don't just mean a little extra seasoning -- it genuinely tasted like the steaks had been marinated in salt for days. Any other seasoning that may have been there was completely overpowered. After just a few bites, your mouth felt dry from the saltiness. Sadly, neither of us really touched or finished our steaks. This isn't our first time experiencing overly salty steaks here either -- it seems to be a recurring issue during our visits. On the brighter side, our older kids really enjoyed the Ultimate Feast. I tasted a bit from their plate and thought it was pretty good overall. The only downside was that it took about 30 minutes for their meal -- along with our youngest's popcorn shrimp and fries -- to come out. I wasn't sure if I wanted RedLobster or not but I ended up here lol. I was greeted and seated instantly. Jay was my Server, her hospitality, attentiveness, and ability to communicate with me was all that I needed. I placed my hour in a matter of minutes cause I was hungry. I ordered a drink (not too sweet) watching my sugary intakes. The Lobster Dip is always one of favorites but for it to be now $17 and the trays are still the same sizes from when the Lobster Dip was $10 is mind boggling. The last time Diane and I were here for dinner I tried a new addition to one of my favorite Red Lobster appetizers: Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms. The enhancement deposits cheese-covered crab on top of the mushroom caps and is called Crabby Stuffed Mushrooms. But, because the pieces of crab tended to be engulfed by oozing cheese until they lost their shape and identity, I liked the original version better. Once all mushroom caps had been impaled on my fork and eaten, so much gooey cheese remained on the platter that it looked like a bed of cholesterol or potential heart attack on a plate. So, I decided to leave what remained alone, and move on to a Bowl of New England Clam Chowder and side salad. The soup was hot and very good, with many chunks of potato and a sufficient amount of clams. And the Caesar Side Salad with large shavings of Parmesan Cheese and seasoned croutons was a classic Caesar. After these filling preliminaries, augmented by delicious complimentary warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits, I believe I wisely decided that picking an Ultimate Feast would be too much food. So, instead, I ordered a Lobster Lover's Duo with a Baked Potato filled with only butter and chives. It was hard to pick a favorite between the Maine Lobster Tail and Rock Lobster Tail on my plate. Even though the Rock Lobster Tail cost more and had more density, and Diane voted for the Rock Lobster Tail, I liked the sweetness of the Maine Lobster Tail slightly more. My Baked Potato was small but large enough and perfectly cooked. And even the Iced Tea I was served seemed special. It had a fruity flavor that made it an excellent beverage. As usual, Diane really liked her entree of Walt's Shrimp, but not the Mashed Potatoes. We were seated quickly and the hostess was very nice. Our server was Shae who was knowledgeable of the menu, nice, and funny. We did get three servings of cheddar bay biscuits, yum!!! We ordered the three lobster dream platter with French fries and Brussel sprouts with an order of snow crab legs. I ordered the shrimp bowl. It took forever for our food to come out and when it did it lacked my entree. The lobster tails were good, fries okay, Brussel sprouts were amazing! Snow crab legs cold and too salty. Finally got a chance to stop in and try the new seafood boils. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised that it was that darn good. First things first, yes I got my cheddar bay biscuits because without them did I even go to Red Lobster?! I do feel as though they were not as generous with the basket of biscuits. I'm used to having the biscuits coming back to back but they seemed to be behind in prep. Anywho.. I ordered the Sailor Seafood Boil which comes with: Two dozen shrimp, smoked sausage, corn and red potatoes. I also added snow crab legs to mine for an additional cost. A seafood boil is nothing without crab legs. I added both Cajun & roasted garlic butter sauce at level spicy. This boil was so good I ate the whole thing in one sitting! The size of the seafood boil was perfect for me, all the items were cooked just right, and very filling. My favorite items in the boil were the potatoes and cran legs but everything was great! I was a little nervous to order as the reviews on tik tok and Instagram have been hit or miss but our server ( JC) reassured me that it would be great, filling, and that I would ultimately enjoy the seafood boil. S/O to JC for great customer service, attention to detail, and having such an awesome personality to make my visit an overall great experience. I definitely would come back for another try. I was hesitant to write this review because I wrote one not too long ago. There were some positives and negatives this time around and I just wanted to put it out there. The Positives: Service was great! Walt served us this time around and was very hospitable. Food was good. The best thing about it was the value for what I got. I ordered the "Spendless" limited time special which included shrimp Alfredo, garlic shrimp, popcorn shrimp and fried for $15.99! The portion was plentiful. I even had leftovers. The negatives: Walt mentioned that biscuits were in the oven and would be done in 4 minutes. The whole time we were there, we never received biscuits however, I did see another table receive biscuits about the 5 minute mark, hhhhmmm? To be fair, he did check on us and asked if there was anything else we needed. BUT aren't the biscuits complimentary? Should I have to ask for them especially since we never received any to begin with? Another thing, we were seated nearby the lobster tank and was able to see very clearly, what looked to be a dead lobster right in the center of the tank. He was upside down and did not move the whole duration of our time there. All the other lobsters were clearly as far away from it as much as possible. One actually went to go investigate and touched it with his claw and then went back hugging the side of the tank. I'm not sure if that's a normal thing or not. The ambiance was quiet and sparse, not too many people. It was pretty empty for a Sunday afternoon. I wanted to write this review to highlight the Value of the meal that I ordered. Finally made it in to try the new menu. I was overwhelmed with options and I had the hardest time choosing what I wanted, as I'm a seafood lover! I ordered a flight of drinks which were amazing a group of friends and I came during happy and chose the flights over the happy hour menu. Great choice as I enjoyed all 3 flights. We ordered two appetizers: and we all decided on the crab boil. I wish I had more sauce but other than that I was thoroughly pleased with everything including the service. My son and I got the crab carbonara for $28. The pieces of crab had shell on it. When we chewed it we had to keep spitting pieces of stuff. The sauce was just butter. This plate was so flavorless. We had to buy Alfredo sauce for $4. I don't think we will be back after $150. Told the waitress and she didn't seem to care. The least they could have done was comp the extra sauce. read more

Adding to my review for a recent experience and to update my last experience. Went there the other night and Tonyae was fantastic! The food was good except that we ordered tomatoes on the side for the flatbread but they came out when the flatbread was almost gone, and they tried to leave off the chili rim on my mom's second margarita. That's a key ingredient of that drink! The music was also way too loud, and was terrible dance type music not appropriate for the environment. From a prior experience: Update to add- Got the refund promised and an additional gift card to use! Waiting to see if I get the refund promised by the manager I spoke to the second time. My go-to Red Lobster since they opened. It's located on Craig Road with its own parking lot. Tonight, I order the Today's Catch-Salmon New Orleans with Orzo Rice and Season Broccoli, Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo, Sesame-Soy Bowl with Atlantic Salmon (added the Snow Crab Legs on the side), Chicken Tenders with Fries, and the Admiral's Feast (added the Side Caesar Salad and Grilled Shrimp). Service was great. Once I arrived to pick-up the curbside order, I used the text message to notify them of my arrival. Within 30 seconds, the waitress brought out the food in two bags. Everything was packed nicely to ensure they don't shift on the way home. Majority of the food came out great. In the Sesame-Soy Bow, the brussel sprouts were burned so we did not eat that portion. Rest of the order was great. I would still come here again because the food has been prepared well in the past and the service has been great. read more

After moving to the area, I decided to give it a try for a midweek date night with my husband, and I'm so glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the steak and lobster, and he couldn't have been happier it was perfectly cooked and looked yummy! I got the Lobster & Shrimp Linguini, and it was perfection! Exactly what I've been craving. Our server was excellent attentive, friendly, and really made the experience great. I asked for his name so I could mention him here, but it slipped my mind by the time i got home but still, he absolutely deserves a shout out! If you're like me and haven't been to Red Lobster in ages, you might be surprised at how good it is now. It was A LOT better than I remembered, and it's officially earned a spot on our date-night rotation whenever we're craving good food in a chill setting. Went there tonight and sat at the bar for a quick dinner for one. The interior seems to be upgraded. The manager gave me the wrong flavor drink (mango instead of guava) and recognized the small problem right away and continuously tried to make it right as soon as he realized it was wrong , which was really appreciated. I hadn't been to Red Lobster in quite a while but a friend wanted to go for her birthday. The environment was bright, airy and clean. Host staff were very welcoming and our server, Nixon, was nice and attentive! The manager came to check on our experience and he was nice as well. We all enjoyed our food selections. We ordered from this location twice in the past couple weeks. Clam chowder was gross, all liquid. I ordered a shrimp platter, they gave us no lemons or tartar sauce. When placing my order for to-go, I specified for my children's meals to have uncut baked potatoes, and diet Pepsis to drink. When I received my food, I was told everything was correct. Once I was in the car, saw the potatoes were sliced open, and no drinks were in my bag, also no condiments for the potatoes. I have been to Red Lobsters all over the country, but this particular restaurant moves the most seamless. Everyone from the front desk reception, to the wait staff, to the manager Mr. G. was extremely hospitable, friendly, and gave over the top amazing customer service. As for the food, it was great as always. However, the steak that came with the ultimate feast was absolutely perfect. Most of the time, the steaks that I've been served from Red Lobster have some gristle in it. The steak I received from here was perfect, and perfectly made. A bit underwhelming. Server warmed up eventually but didn't start off with a great note by just going straight to "Hi, what are we drinking?" I recall a time when servers would introduce themselves and greet the customers, make personal recommendations and so on. Anyway, after a bit he started to become a little more friendly. There weren't that many other tables with guests so it didn't seem like a "in the weeds" sort of situation. As others may know there is no longer the AYCE shrimp offering but this is the "Best Deal" shrimp offer which gives you their "fan favorites" such as the popcorn shrimp, shrimp linguini, and the shrimp in butter + fries. It's pretty good but thank goodness we got the coconut shrimp starter since for me that to me is more of a "fan favorite" than the other shrimps. Cheddar bay biscuits are still good. The inside feels a bit gloomy sort of matches the overall mood of the staff. Our host was not very friendly at all and felt awkward. Food wise it is salty just like I remember. All of our appetizers and entrees were hot and fresh. They currently (April 2025) have a "3-Course Shrimp Sensation" special (which includes soup or salad, and a starter) for $19.99. That's an incredible deal, considering that prices have gone up, lately, everywhere. They were even so kind as to bring an unexpected, but pretty nice-sized, free ice cream dessert for my elderly mother-in-law and her brother, for their birthday (twins). Haven't been to red lobster in years. We decided to go during our lobster fest. The location seems clean and very modern compared to the old school red lobster you're used to years ago. I know our waiter doesn't have control over the food coming out. We ordered drinks it took a while, but we noticed that the waiter was also making drinks in Waiting tables. We ordered our food. It took about 20-25minutes for our plates to come out doesn't seem too crowded but we came around 1 PM on a Sunday. And our food was hot and very tasty. This was absolutely the WORST restaurant experience in a very long time. A zero rating would be more appropriate. Was seated very near kitchen later than our reservation. After placing our order, overheard the servers complaining about kitchen "screw-ups" & delays on multiple orders. The comments caused us concern. I understand on a busy day like Valentines Day, things can back up. After 1 1/2 hours waiting for dinner, was told an oven was inoperative so "no" to the baked potato I ordered. Our server was relatively new but not communicative about what was happening & kept telling us our order was almost ready. At the nearly 2 hour point, we were upset & decided to take our food home.
