First off, I would just like to say that I typically hold a lot of these types of places (Applebee's, TGIF's, Outback, etc.) with relatively low to mid expectation, most especially, with service. Not sure why but it seems to always be the norm, in my opinion. My wife and I came here for dinner last night and I was really impressed. We came in and was immediately greeted and seated. Not a minute later, a server (my apologies for not remembering his name) was asking for drinks which was also relatively swift along with fresh chips and salsa. Then, was asked if ready to order which I had barely enough time to figure out but it was fine. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger 3 for me meal with side salad and drink. The wife had the ribeye and shrimp. Overall, I thought the food was decent! My wife enjoyed her steak and I thought the burger was certainly worth the price. Sure, the fries were a little dry tasting, the ranch was a little soupy, and the salsa wasn't the best. Best part of this review was their service. They were very nice, attentive, and responsive. Most importantly, as a whole during our time there, I saw all of them working together as a team and backing each other up....I don't see a lot of that anymore. So, kudos to them! I ordered the Santa Fe grilled chicken salad. I am completely disappointed. The salad looked flat as if it was sitting for hours. There were very very few pieces of chicken...they left out the avocado ranch dressing resulting in me eating a dry salad. The lettuce was wilted and there were no corn strips and this salad tasted stale. When you look on the menu picture will show that what was delivered was nothing like the menu. This is the best Chili's location in Vegas, the staff is always sweet and attentive. My family and I have been coming here since it opened. I ordered the triple meat fajita plate and loved it. Perfect amount of seasoning and the steak was not hard or chewy but just right. My kiddos all liked their food as well. The server, wish I would have caught his name, was amazing. He checked in on us a couple times which was nice. He didn't over do it or disappear like some do. If you are a Senior or in the Military, I would avoid this Chili's location. For some reason, the new manager has decided to change how they apply the senior/military discounts. They now only allow one senior on the bill to receive the discount even if there are other seniors at the table. They also only allow one military member on the bill to receive the discount no matter how many military members there are. A very unfair policy, I feel, considering they are located near Nellie Air Force base. It feels like a sign of disrespect to our seniors and our military. We have since found another Chilis nearby that offers a fair senior/military discount. read more

I've been let down by influencers countless of times but here I am falling into the same trap because I never learn my lesson! So, today, I finally gave in and tried them. Nashville Hot Mozz: We got a small order which has 3 mozzarella bricks the size of fast food apple pie. By looking at them, they seemed promising. Golden brown breaded and fried cheese doused in Nashville hot sauce which is similar to Buffalo sauce. It comes with a cup of ranch for dipping. The hot melted cheese has a nice pull to it. And the good things end there. They're good to look at but not great to put in your mouth. Extremely salty and you can't taste anything else. For the 3-piece portion, it's a whopping 1900 calories so, if you eat one, it's 633 calories which equivalent to one whole meal that doesn't fill you up! I ate half a piece and got an entree with more substance. 1/5 Guiltless Sirloin: You can either get 6oz or 10oz and it comes with asparagus. The steak is drizzled with cilantro pesto and comes with pico. I ordered no pico. The asparagus was also super salty. You can see the salt caked on to the asparagus! The steak was good. 2/5 The service was the best part. Our server was Kathy and she was very energetic and friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our food to come and drinks to be refilled. My family and I are regulars at this location and we love the convenience of being able to drive less than 10 minutes to a Chili's. Sundays is a special day for our family cause it's the only day we are all available to sit down and enjoy a meal together and just be able to fellowship since we all have busy schedules M-F. How it started... my daughter wanted to show her appreciation for Mother's Day by taking us to dinner. Pulled into the parking lot and found a spot right away! Our service was great & food was tasty! Only a few complaints, first we asked for the kids grilled chicken bites & out came just grilled chicken pieces without the bread(??). Our waitress obviously took it back & we got the right order & second our ketchup bottle was a little gross & messy. Restaurant row in North Las Vegas got ourselves a Chilis. While I was excited to see another business in the area, the experience wasn't up to par with the other restaurants in the area. It was a weekend night so it was pretty busy and service was slow and our server seemed to have a lot of tables in the bar area but he was very friendly. The one thing that was good is I think they gave me a bigger than normal portion of the shrimp when I ordered the shrimp fajitas. Food was decent and price was good for the food.
