We waited to be seated for 5 minutes the waitress never acknowledged us. As soon as a couple walked in that seemed to be regulars she sat them right away and brought menus while we stood there. Because I can't leave a zero. This was the worst experience of my life. The lady who sat us had attitude then immediately switched to a man, took our order and then it took 50 minutes to get our food only for them to forget one of our dinners and had to wait another 30 minutes for that dish. Basically dried chicken and a skillet full of potatoes counted three pieces of mushroom one piece of pepper very little cheese, not the correct meal for the bourbon Burger it was dry no sauce present. Could hear the conversation that the lead chef was having about I am not remaking it serve it as it is, and that was before it even got to the table. I normally give good reviews and it saddens me to give a bad review it, to add a gentleman that was sitting directly behind us, sat down three minutes after we did. Stopped for dinner on our way to my class reunion. It was nice to be back in Cisco for a short stop. We were seated promptly, had our drinks and pondered the menu. Isabella took our order and served us well. My wife ordered the 55+ chicken fried steak with sautéed zucchini and mashed red potatoes. I ordered the fried Pollock with sweet corn and broccoli. We didn't wait long for our meal at all. We quietly ate. Deb said her meal was delicious as was mine. My only issue was the broccoli wasn't as warm/hot as I'd prefer. The dining room is nicely appointed and was quiet. This is a relatively new location with very pleasant staff, especially the polite young man who checked us out. I regret not getting his name. I have traveled all across this Great Nation of ours and 9 out of 10 times I receive excellent service & quality of food, but hold the phone here in West Texas (Cisco) there are a list of issues: 1. Took 10 minutes to be seated. Stire not busy. 2. Took 19 minutes for waitress to take drink orders. 3. Waitress didn't cover her face when she sneezed nor was she wearing a mask. She must not have been having a good day (11am) because she expressed attitude. 4. After taking our order our food came wrong. Again we received attitude of disgust. 5. Finally, the cooks did a great job but even that does not give me enough confidence to ever eat at this location ever again! read more

Ok if you are starving and there is nothing else open or around I would still get a gas station burrito before getting food here. Ordered a grand slam and an eggs Benedict to go and were s disappointed. When we looked at the eggs Benedict it has cheese sauce on it instead of hollandaise on it. When we showed them they went a talked to the cook and were like yeah thats what we have, huh Grand slam was so over cooked and hard you could of broke a tooth. Then I sat down with my family and we ordered water and two milkshakes. We waited about 10 minutes and then we got our food. The drinks were good and then we ordered our food. Okay, first of all ordered Eggs Bennie with potato wedges and white toast with butter... order came with butter on English muffins under Canadian bacon and eggs, extra two eggs sunny side up on side, no potatoes and no butter on toast, and when I complained, was told I was yelling, which being upset IS NOT yelling especially when I know I NEVER raised my voice. Completely insane idea of what I ordered and attitude when I just wanted my order corrected... ended up walking out because of the attitude I received and am almost positive it was because I was the ONLY ONE wearing a mask to protect others and myself. I have eaten here many times. The service at night is not the best. Slow and they will leave you standing waiting for a table until it gets uncomfortable.
