Because I was an employee whenever I dined there, nobody waited on me at all, and I had to get all my own stuff and still had to tip and pay full price. This place is a dumpster fire and they don't treat their employees or their customers very good. Their prices are ridiculously high who wants to pay over $20 for 10 wings with no french fries???? First and last time here. Bartender was running the bar and one table on the floor and could not handle it. She couldn't even handle the bar top. Waited way too long for our refills, as I watched other people sitting at bar waiting impatiently to be severed. Huge disappointment. Overpriced... 3 beers and two shots for $37. FYI We have ate at your restaurant many times. I enjoy it, but the last 2 times the food was not quality. We told the waitress both times the baked potatoes were cold, the grilled chicken covered with cheese was cold, the hamburger steak was the smash burger patty-1/4 thick. My daughter and her friends went last night and order the rib eye and the sirloin, even after the waitress told them not to! They thought how bad can they mess up a steak. Wrong they said it was uneatable. Cold potatoes again! The service is ok, but the food has to be worth coming to eat. Or people will stop coming. We have been with y'all since opening night. I got a chicken wrap, honestly Subway would have been so much better. There was hardly any chicken and the avocado was black (I unwrapped it and picked out the black avocado). The bacon was minced, you could barely see it. I don't know if it was supposed to have cheese, but it didn't. The whole wrap was tasteless and mushy. My husband got chicken wings, he said they were good but they must have not been cooked properly because they made him really sick about 30 minutes later. Thanks for that!! The fries were good. We were passing through Cisco and came upon this wonderful restaurant. Fun atmosphere, great service and fantastic food. The chicken fried steak sandwich was delicious as was the Reuben. Our waitress was borderline illiterate. She struggled with every aspect of her job. When it was time to pay she hit the wrong button on her little handheld computer and proceeded to blame me. This misstep caused her to cheat HERSELF out of a tip. She wanted to cancel and have us pay again, on a check card, which is never a good idea. The food was expectedly average. Went to pay to leave. Bartender asks who the server was. As she walked at the end of the bar I pointed her out. Bartender gets her attention that I want to pay out. Her comment was something to the effect, when I get there. When she does she appears to be put out with me. I said, a smile would be nice. She said, not for you. This is pretty typical of the level of service provided by multiple members of the wait staff. Usually long waits for drink orders, longer waits for food, sometimes cold food, and generally bad attitude. I don believe I'll be going back. read more

Really cool spot. Decor is modern. Only about 1.5 years old. Almost every night has something fun happening. Live music every Saturday. The food was fantastic. Very reasonably priced. Incredibly disgusted with this establishment. Myself and several family members are in town for a funeral and came here to eat. The "owners best friend" decided she had to come up to us on a power trip and be rude to our group for "not making a reservation" when we'd already explained we were from out of town, here for very unfortunate circumstances. And after some of us had ordered appetizers and drinks, she told the servers not to take any other food orders for the rest of our group. Would've been a large income for the restaurant and we would've tipped well for them accommodating a large group but never again. Would not recommend this place if it was the last place on earth solely because I am disgusted by the "owners best friend". Management I'd recommend talking with your employee. That was completely uncalled for and extremely bad business and a slap in the face to a grieving family. With that being said the girls who did help us with drinks and appetizers were very sweet and it's unfortunate they missed out on a good check due to a terrible supervisor. read more

They use a computer screen to check you out but didn't tell our party of eight that the gratuity had already been added to the bill and then showed us the tip screen asking how much we would like to tip which of course we did. Guess what, we paid a tip on the gratuity that was added. The total tip was about 40%. We should have been told that the gratuity had already been added. read more

For eight peoples drinks which included only two beers it was almost 49 bucks and the check included a tip. The waitress was nice but give me a break. They had a piano person playing in the corner pool tables, full bar. we have to remember it is very hot here in Cisco, Texas and this place has an air conditioner that does not seem to want to keep up. My buddy had a Long Island Ice-T and his wife had an old fashion, the old fashion was made incorrectly and was sent back to be corrected, the staff was nice very friendly. However, the food was very lackluster. I had seen other reviews about the food being bland. I have to agree. The food was bland and my buddy ordered the 10 ounce sirloin and ended up having to put ketchup on it to make it eatable. I had the chicken fried steak and it was good, however compared to the amount of batter on it, it was hard to determine which one had the flavor. If you were looking for a place to sit down and have a drink with friends, listen to music, the place is great if you're looking for a nice dinner, I don't know if I would choose this place again. read more

I was excited to see this place open (I live in Cisco), but I can't recommend the food after my first visit last Friday. Atmosphere is great, our service was so-so and the food was pretty bad. We paid $133 dollars with tip for 4 people so pretty expensive too. (That did include two bottled beers, the rest of us had water, tea, or club soda). My husband got a chicken sandwich and a good part of the chicken was gristly or chewy - basically inedible. Most everything else was super bland, including my fried catfish which also had too much breading. Hope the kitchen improves with time. read more

They have a new general manager and got to have a meet and greet with the owner while there for dinner. Yes, they had some struggles at the beginning but they are getting the kinks worked out. We had the steak and the salmon and both were absolutely amazing! Give them another try if you had a bad experience in the past and if you have never been, we definitely recommend trying them out. We appreciate the opportunity to take our family out for a fun time without driving an hour each way. That said, we've been to Muddy Mike's twice. The food is really good though it is bar food, The environment is exceptional and the venue is beautiful. Unfortunately, the service is way subpar. Our breaking point was the bathrooms. They were disgusting; not today or yesterday disgusting but weeks and weeks of not being cleaned. I'm firm believer that iif your bathroom is nasty your kitchen will follow suit.
