Very bad customer service. Ordered just a single burger and side. And sandwich with no sides and large queso and it Cost $33. The kid at the window didn't give me my chips n he said I just said queso so I leave n call the store and some girl answered and said oh he new and that's fine I was making sure i was supposed to get chips and she goes YEP! read more

Driving from Abilene to Dallas for a concert so we called in an order to go just before we got to Cisco since we were in a hurry My wife got the mini club sandwich. It sue was mini. One thin slice of sandwich meat on the sandwich so she was still hungry. Luckily I ordered the large founders favorite Last time I was here they got my order wrong. This time they got it wrong again! The people were very nice and fairly quickly got me what I had ordered I like the founders favorite. It has thinly sliced beef, onions, cheese, really nice mustard sauce on a soft and tasty roll. Glenda and I were headed to Inez Springs Resort for a picnic lunch, and I'm NOT cooking! Yelp took me to Texadelphia, which had a very interesting menu. We got our to go order and headed out. We picked a table under the beautiful trees and prepared to eat. I ordered the Italian Stallion with seasoned waffle fries. Half of my sandwich is missing. I called and Joe said come back for the other half. My Italian Stallion sandwich was delicious, and I loved the waffle fries. The order of onion rings was terrible. Limp, not the least bit crispy. Waste of money. Glenda got the Crispy Southwest Wrap, which she did not care for. I ate the second half of the wrap later and was not impressed. But the waffle fries sure were good! When we left the park, I stopped by and picked up the other half of my sandwich. Got home and opened up my sandwich. I'm not sure what it was, but I don't think it was Italian Stallion. We came for dinner on a Sunday and were all very happy with our experience! My nachos were really some of the best I've ever had. Hubby had french dip and fries, and daughter had the burger. After being surprised that I seen Texadelphia in this area, so I had to walk establishment. Every table was occupied and not one parking on site. Greeted by a waitress who was very nice, politely took my order. After 25 minutes i finally received my order and omg, not impressed at all. Coming from a huge fan and faithfully eat this at the UTA location, I was highly disappointed that no sauces/cheese was offered. Sandwich was bland, lacking on steak portion and I also requested extra onions as I'm still looking for them on my build your own. First of all I don't live here. The place before this was terrible-wait,price,forgetting orders. We heard something was coming to this place when the other shutdown and we were glad. Ordered a Philly cheese streak with "wiz"(basically cheese spread melted). Meat was beef but not sure from what part of cow it was from. Had peppers and other stuff in it but you had to search for it. It's wasn't any good, simple as that. I mean the photos looked good but a big NO!!! Ambiance better than last one. Ordered Margarita. Pretty "piss-poor" as they say. Didn't think it had any alcohol in the drink. I get that they are trying to make this a "go too" place but I'd rather keep driving down the road. Oh the prices are ridiculous. I don't mind paying high prices for good food. This isn't good food. IMO......there's only one review as I right this and it's a 4 star.
