I was in town after finishing a trucking load and was craving some good food and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. I stopped in here about an hour and a half before closing and was quickly greeted by a friendly host and my waitress. The waitress recommended a few things and I decided to go for the combo plate that had a taco, two enchiladas and something I can't remember the name of and it was amazing. Everything on the plate was full of flavor and tasted really good. You can tell this is a place that puts love into the food. The chips and salsa were really good (very spicy but I like spice). I saw La Finca on The Daytripper tv show. Chet loved the food. Road trip! Cisco is about 45 miles so me and my brother had time to shoot the bull. We managed to get there before the church crowd, but in 30 minutes it was packed! Chips and salsa were pretty good. Jim got the buffet, and I ordered the Fajitas Ranch Style plate. Jim munched down 3 plates from the buffet and finished with banana pudding and strawberry cake. YUM! My fajitas were just fantastic. Take beef fajitas, add shredded cheese and the special hot sauce, and your mouth will water with each and every bite! Man, it was good! The staff were great, and checked on us several times. Family gathering. Enchiladas, chicken fried steak, a burger, chili Riano's, mini street tacos was enjoyed by all. I have pictures of three. By far better the best Mexican food. I love El Fenix in Fort Worth off of Camp Bowie most of all. This place will be my go to place when I'm not in the Metroplex. The chips are not to my liking, however, the hot sauce is so good. I had the Mexican Dinner. It was priced under $8. It had authentic rice & beans, one cheese enchilada, one beef enchilada, and a very think crispy taco. This food is so awesome. My husband had the quesadillas and he loved them. Not good! The only positives were the service was good, and the prices were very reasonable. The food was not good. I asked if the Chili Rellenos are fried or egg battered. She can back and said fried. That was incorrect it was egg bettered and the egg batter was gross had a weird flavor. My daughter had the tamales they didn't taste good either way to much chili powder. Refried beans were the only tasty item on our plates. You know that dumb face people on the Food Network make when they taste something delicious? Ya know, the one where they roll their eyes in the back of their head and then go back in for another bite? That's the look we had when we tried our lunch! We ordered the 'Samuel' (cheese enchilada, hard taco and two pork tamales) and the beef fajita quesadilla. Everything was fresh, hot and very tasty. The refried beans were fantastic! So good in fact that we ordered some to take home. We tried the queso and sopapillas which we didn't love but being queso snobs we're hard to please in that department. Our group opted to order from the menu several got the Alexandra special which was small chicken fried steak served with French fries and small salad. They all loved it and cleaned their plates. I ordered the shrimp fajitas. They were good size and plentiful and smothered with onions and bell pepper served with retried beans and Mexican rice. Sour cream, guacamole & pico de gallo and fresh tortillas accompanied the meal All was very tasty and I left with leftovers. The large sweet tea was refreshing and our server gave us tea to go. Blew out my Spincter. Blew out my son's Spincter too. We don't have sensitive corn holes either. The pig knuckle on the buffet was the only thing that was any count. This place will tie your guts in a knot faster that you can say " Oh My God, I'm going to have a blow out". They even charged extra for a bowl of complementary chips that usually goes with the meal at these types of places. This place is by far a hidden gem. We stopped here on our way home to Austin and arrived at 8:50pm. They were to close at 9. Before I even asked the question, "are you still serving food" they said YES. We had a four hour drive ahead of us and we knew nothing would be open later. Went to La Finca for the 2nd time with a group from work. Before heading to lunch I went to their website to review the menu for their lunch specials. When I saw they has a tab from VALUABLE COUPONS, I clicked to see what they were. They had a coupon for a lunch special of the 3 enchiladas at $5.99 (Dine-Only). No further restrictions or expiration date. When we got there and sat down they saw my coupon and asked me if that is what I wanted. I told them I would and when they took the rest of the table's orders, they came back and said my coupon was no good because when they were bought out, the new owner had no knowledge of the coupon being on the website. I was very disturbed that the owner would not honor the coupon just this time and then work on removing the coupon for the site. As an new owner of a previously owned company, you signed for everything AS-IS. So you should have honored the coupon regardless as a one-time deal. After everything was said and done, the service was shottie and we had to rush to get back to work because the food took too long. read more

Ordered their "La Finca Nachos"; I received 8 chips. Lined up 4 across the top of an oval plate, 4 across the bottom. No cheese, no Jalapenos. Just several teaspoon size splatterings of refried beans, maybe with some meat in the beans, maybe not. Most of the chips had some of this on them, but some didn't. On our way to Marble Falls Tx or coming back from Marble Falls, my wife and I make it a must stop at this Restaurant. Restrooms are very clean and the environment is pleasant including the decor. The service is always great and the main dish we stop here for is their chicken vegetable soup. Trust me, its the best... My favorite place in Cisco! The best French fries I've ever had and the best burgers by far of any fast food place in town. The staff is always friendly and the services is usually pretty fast. Myself and co-workers go there a lot during the wk and we're always done in plenty of time to get back to the office. They always have a good lunch special, I'm not big on Mexican food but all my Girl Friends love it!... I love their salads, always fresh!
