Understandably, it is Christmas day. Yet My order was messed up twice. I asked for a veggie omelette got a steak omelette second round got my veggie omelette ask no tomatoes they put tomatoes all over it but lady in the front was super nice and helpful. The proportions given was very small in the worst case of it all I had to walk all the way back to get my food and missed being able to sit and eat this day with my kid, ambience I'll say floor looks dirty super busy long wait poor food. read more

I believe the hostess name was Olivia. She did an amazing job getting tables ready for our party of 18. Split amongst 4 tables. Kassy did a great job putting in our order and getting the majority of the orders out correctly. Great job overnight team for your service in taking our huge team. Only feedback: next time there's a huge party and waitress are over worked please control emotions. We felt like they didn't want to deal with our service, but after stating that we knew other Denny managers in the district their service got a lot better and made our late night service and food a good visit. read more

Denny's is not top of my list for dining experience but convenient. I'm never disappointed when I visit this location, and it's the only one I will go to. It was late on a Tuesday night 11pm. Seated right away, the nicest gentleman ever waited on us (who seemed like he was doing it all except cooking...) took our order right away, food came out pretty quick, fresh, hot and delicious, really hit the spot! This is the only Denny's location I will go to. The food is good every time and they have a couple really good staff members running the place. read more

They don't answer phones and when they do they get the order wrong, they replace the meal and it takes 30-40 minutes as the manager screws up your order in real time, and the line cooks take there sweet time, joe is the manager and he needs to get it together this is embarrassing even for a Denny's. Very nice people that suck at service, they need to be retrained especially the manager Joe! read more

Great service. Ordered via phone and my meal(s) were ready in 10 mintues. Back to the hotel to consume. I had a craving for a good hamburger, I saw that there was a Red Robin near by but Denny's was more convenient (across the street from my hotel). I've never had a Denny's hamburger before and it was actually quite good. The manager told me that they're actually doing ok with take out orders. Sadly, I had fairly decent hopes for this location to be a nice stop during an elongated stay at the hotel nearby to get something refreshing and plentiful to eat, but the service really took away from the fairly low quality food at this location. To begin with the food, a majority of its food that requires to be fried tastes the same; an overabundance of oil that soaks into the food, leaving it taste nothing but overly crunchy and full of an oil flavor. Any chicken tastes the exact same, spanning from the chicken tenders, to the boneless wings sampler that has absolutely no spicy flavor to it, when ordering the buffalo and all that can be tasted is, you guessed it, oil. The only thing that is decent to be tasted is its pancakes, which are absolutely the freshest thing possible on the menu. In the duration of our near three week stay at the nearby hotel, we accrued approximately seven different trips to this location and the service each time was 5% worse than the last with the first visit already being 40% effort from the staff. I can account only two times one of the waiters outwardly sought to help us, aside from taking our initial order and being ready to pass us the receipt, with little to no attempts at checking in on us, especially when after drinking your initial glass of water, you can already expect to not have anymore water during your stay so drink accordingly or bring your own water. Hopefully there can be more attentiveness to the customers, as this experience made it extremely difficult to tip, or feel the need to. read more

Very disappointed!! I was standing there for 10 minutes waiting to be approached but I was not acknowledged! All I got was a look!I sat down for a minute by the "wait to be seated" sign and a guy walks in and the same waitress who saw me says to him, "would you like a table?" Idk what you call that...
