These people cannot get a to go order 100% right to save their lives. I don't expect much from them. It IS Denny's after all, but if they were open for dine in business right now, would they get so many dine in orders wrong?! Since covid I started ordering delivery from there. I have ordered about 8 times. 6 had issues. Wrong gravy, wrong egg cook, no cheese in my egg, no strawberries on the cheesecake, no caramel for pancakes, you name it, they're doing it wrong. I ordered twice in one day last week and BOTH orders were wrong!! Oh, their fish is VERY overcooked btw. So are their vegetables for that matter. I have them two stars because their ice cream is good. Get your crap together. Just because people aren't dining in right now doesn't mean you can be careless with take out orders. We're still paying for this food! UPDATE: I gave them 2 stars but have now updated to 1 star because they put my food in the bag sideways so it all ran to one side in my container. They refunded me 5 days ago and it's not hit my acct yet. Tonight they were out of fish. Now I have to wait another 5 days or so for another refund from online ordering. They don't care!! read more

This Denny's is a straight time machine. I rarely (like once every three years) darken its door, and when I do, I get the creepy crawlies. The last time I was here was just a few weeks ago as I met a friend in town late night. The service this last time around pretty much gets all the stars here ... and the rest of my experience (save for my friend) is in star heaven. I was seated next to a young girl and boy (late teens, early twenties) who were clearly from around here and clearly *not* too sober. From what, though, I couldn't tell. I pretended to check text messages and read the menu like a million times, but it was still so damn awkward. Why? Not really sure but I think it had something to do with the fact we were the only ones in the joint and sitting right next to each other. Did I mention it was really awkward? Even after my friend arrived, as I'm pretty sure they were listening to our conversation. How would I know this? Uh, because I was listening to theirs. Yeah, two people eavesdropping on each other doesn't really work ... but it's next to impossible not to do when you're one foot away. Might as well invite them over. Love this place. Me and my family come here every now and then and food is good, fast, and servers are nice. Until today. Again, our food was good, but our server. What. The. Heck. This man goes on about how he loves his 3 year old and how she always orders the chicken wings (like me), so far normal. Twice now I have tried to use my AARP, for a 15% discount and been told there is no discounts available if there is not a manager on duty! What the heck! So, I called this morning and sure enough, I Spoke to the manager and he said that no discounts are allowed to be given by anyone other than the manager, and they go home in the evening hours by 10:00 I can't believe a large franchise like this would operate so poorly. I called corporate, they commented that this location is one of the very few in the country that actually does not even take AARP, however I know they do because I've used it before and seen people use it. So folks yesterday morning my husband and. We're eating our breakfast at Denny's. We witnessed something troubling. A lovely quiet lady was sitting across from us and she had ordered Oatmeal. Well when the waiter brought her oatmeal to her he just kind of slid it onto the table with a nonchalant " here's your oatmeal". Well the rub is this he did not offer or bring her anything to put in this dish. No milk no raisins no brown sugar. She asked him for raisins and he said No we don't have any of those. She pressed him again and he said no but that he can give her some brown sugar. She further had to ask him for some milk. Which he brought to her in a big old glass. This is awful service. For $5.00 a slab of oatmeal and that attitude. No way. Very disappointed. Since it was not my meal I did not complain but I am here and now. I might add she was very very sweet and quiet. read more

We ordered Buffalo chicken wings and I ate about 4, after biting into one, I happened to look down at it, and IT WAS COMPLETELY RAW. The chicken was only cooked on the outside, the inside was completely pink and uncooked. I wanted to puke I was so disgusted. The food is typically, well, Denny's.. it's not gourmet, but it's better than average, and the menu prices are reasonable. But my 5 star rating isn't for the food... it's for the SERVICE. When a waiter or waitress can make their customers feel like they're eating at a 5 star restaurant, that's success defined. Their staff is hard working, friendly, warm, and more than "just" efficient. But most of all - they're welcoming. Especially Robert & Darry. They are 2 very hard working people.. Pretty average and pleasant Denny's experience. My boyfriend and I went here for breakfast on a late-ish Sunday morning and we were seated immediately in a cozy booth. I was ready to gorge on some pancakes, so I went with the "Build Your Own Grand Slam". I was able to select four items from the list and create the perfect breakfast combo. I went with pancakes, sausage, bacon, and a side of toast. Yes, a total carboload breakfast, but oh well! My boyfriend got a belgian waffle with a side of eggs over easy. Our waitress was attentive although not too friendly, but oh well. Denny's are hit or miss as far as service goes. Our breakfasts were served and everything was perfect. I was waiting to see if something was screwed up on my customized Grand Slam but everything I had ordered was correct. The pancakes (of course) were the best part. Hot, fluffy, and flavorful. My boyfriend's waffle looked good as well but he needed to ask for extra syrup since those waffles can soak up every single drop. My toast was a little bland but that was to be expected since it was basic white toast. I added some jam for extra flavor. Overall, my breakfast was just a typical, average Denny's meal but those pancakes are so darn good. On our way out, my boyfriend purchased a Denny's mug (he's a hardcore coffee drinker) for five bucks. Just a little souvenir to commemorate our breakfast experience! I have been going to this Denny's for YEARS. Not very often, since I can cook, but it's been my go-to Denny's forever. Every time I've eaten there, I've gotten okay to great service, usually averaging at "good". They pay attention to your sodas. The wait staff is usually friendly, even late at night, when I usually show up with a friend or group of friends. What distinguishes this Denny's is the nachos. I have yet to be disappointed by my order of nachos here. Some places give you Velveta on stale chips and refried beans with a torn up hamburger, a bit of lettuce, and a spoon of sour cream. From my experience here, you get a HUGE plate loaded with meat, real cheese, vegetables, beans, chips.... it's a meal in itself. read more

I have ate here many times over the last 4 years. The service has always been good and the food. In the last month I ate there and was very ill that night. I thought could be a flu. I was there today and could not believe how dirty the restaurant is. The entry itself has spiderwebs filled with dust balls in every corner and the floor is dirty. Inside the restaurant the floor is very dirty. Sitting at my table I looked down and under the table was so dirty. Right along the edge especially had food etc. Looking around it was the same under the other tables and the corners all have dirt etc in them. The windows are also dirty.The cooking is not as good as it has been in the past. One pancake still raw in the middle and the other one burnt. I don't plan to go back as if the restaurant is that dirty how dirty is the kitchen. Sad that it has gone downhill so much. read more
