Appearance: ***walking in to the restaurant I see the floor needs vacuuming. It was 1316 on a Saturday. Probably because of the lunch rush. Server's are well groomed and presentable. Service:**** the quality of any restaurant that will assure any return is determined on service and taste. Service was courteous and expedient. My coffee was never empty and server was attentive. Serving Size:*** massive! Clearly, larger portions of what may be required by Dennys standards. Food Presentation:*** presentation is very good. It is clear that the cooks take pride in the food they put out. Taste:***ordered the lumberjack plate and the Half order nachos. Taste was typical to what one might make at home. Sausage was a little soft, maybe under cooked. Eggs were cooked over hard with a hard text. Bacon was bacon and pancakes were light and easy to cut with a fork. Cleanliness:***servers were cleaning while not serving and the restaurant looked like it had just finished the lunch rush. Did not look in the restroom. Over good and clean. I would go back. The way I rate is: * never again ** Below Average with some much needed work ***Average I would come back ****Above the competition *****I don't even want to swallow its so good I don't usually base my reviews just on taste alone. Our server Holly was such a sweet and kind girl. She was running around the whole place and waiting multiple tables and was doing an excellent job. The setting is nice, bathrooms were clean. Better than most Denny's. The Food was pretty good and came out quickly. If you are visiting and can't find a place open after 8 pm, this is the place to go. read more

For the most part Dennys has not been that bad here but just like with every other place they can have their moments. Sometimes they are understaffed and it effects the service. There have been a few mistakes with food here and there but overall its a decent place to eat. And open all of the time. Breakfast all day is always a good things in my book read more

Ate there for breakfast. Busy so we had to wait for 20 minutes. They brought us coffee quickly and we ordered our meals. Standard fare. I got the ham & cheese omelet which was basic and filling with hash browns. The toast was slightly burnt which isn't to my liking. I did not complain since they were so busy. We've been here three times and each occasion it wasn't great. Today, we were seated and given drinks in around 10-15 minutes and it wasn't packed but busy. For 55 minutes we waited with empty drinks and no food. The food arrived cold, soggy, and bland. We weren't greeted or dismissed warmly and honestly the staff doesn't seem to give a damn. Walk in to Dennys on Thanksgiving morning and had no wait to sit, waitress was helpful getting us seated, then everything went downhill after that. We put our orders in and waited, watched two other tables get seated and get their food before the waitress came back and explained our food was put in on a separate kitchen and would be out soon, 15 minutes later our food finally arrived.. My wife's eggs were over cooked and her chicken fried steak was so tuff she could hardly cut it with the steak knife they provided. I ordered two eggs scrambled and it look like one of my wife's eggs at home, again over cooked eggs, potatoes were burnt and crispy on the outside and soft and under cooked on the inside. We ordered Thanksgiving dinner to take home for later and they we pathetic at best. The meal was nothing like the pictures. The turkey slices looked like they were taken out of a Jenny-o sandwich slices, there may have been a table spoon of stuffing, and a table spoon of sliced squash, but a whole 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes.. A dollop of cranberry sauce. I can understand why they keep going through waitresses at this place with crap like this being served.. The Restaurant Manager need to up his or her game and give people a better place to get some food. I highly suggest you go to circle K and get your dinner, it will be much more satisfying. Terrible hospitality.. I ordered an ice coffee and when it got to the table I noticed it had tiny little flys laying dead on top of the ice. When I pointed it out to the waiter she took it back and brought another one for me. I noticed that, this one too had tiny little dead flys in it. I lost my appetite and asked for the check. Unfortunately the food from this restaurant is very inconsistent. From what I've heard (I live in the area), the owner is having trouble keeping a kitchen staff, which may explain the problem. Second to last time I ordered, I got a great bacon cheeseburger ... I think probably the best I've had in the area ... and my wife loved her omelette. Last time I ordered, my hamburger patty was gristly and had no flavor; my wife's club sandwich had one gigantic blob of mayo in the middle, and no bacon on one side. I'm sure that if you're at the restaurant, you could send your food back and get it redone. Unfortunately we ordered from DoorDash and didn't feel like waiting for a second delivery. read more

As the GM for a restaurant, I can't help but notice things when I'm eating in another restaurant. We got seated immediately, and got our drinks pretty much right away, but our server looked a tad overwhelmed as she was taking care of half the restaurant (at least 10 tables). I noticed someone who looked like they were in charge (Jennifer), but seemed of no help except taking a couple of trays of food out. She seemed stressed out and even told a guest to shoot her in the head. That was followed by slamming a tray sling and some menus. Any interaction with her associates was extremely uncomfortable to watch since all she seemed to do was side eye and grunt. If I could give 0 stars I would. This Denny's does not even deserve 1 star. I called my order in and I was told it would be 25 minutes for it to be done. The guy before me said he waited 1. Hour for his order and it was wrong. They took his order and fixed it. It turns out that my order was sitting there while that fixed his! Don't waste your time in this crappy place. We got there and a waitress told us to just take a seat. A different Waitress came and asked if we're ready to order even though they never gave us menu. We finally gave our orders and 5 minutes later she said she just put it in. After another 5 minutes our waitress informed us she was going on break and someone else would bring us our food. We waited 45 minutes and as we were getting ready to walk out our food showed up. We only had 2 packs of silverware so had to hunt for it ourselves with no servers were in sight. We were missing two orders of toast, bacon, and sausage. I then had to go find my own Tabasco sauce and additional napkins as we still had not seen a server 10 minutes after getting our food. My grilled salmon looked steamed and tasted terrible. My husband went to pay so we could just leave and he told the cashier all that happened. The cashier said the cook went on break so the manager was cooking and couldn't handle more than one order at a time. ‍ the server and cook were both on breaks‍ ?! Very good service to start, I mean the service is very fast and respectful, they'll ask you if you need assistance. Second of all, Food is amazing, it feels and tastes like America; fully cooked and good. Finally, sanitation is very good. Once a table is dirty, they'll immediately clean it, and silverware is clean. read more

We live here locally , and eat at many of the restaurants regularly, and try as many as we can , and again and again , Denny's comes through . No matter the time of day or night ,or your choice , the food is always great , and the service is top notch . Nobody does breakfast in this town like Denny's. read more

This is a very lack-luster Dennys. My aunt has encountered roaches, so who knows what the state of the kitchen is at. I ordered a omelet with spinach, came with a beetle in it, which is not uncommon. Place smells and uses Alamogordo water. read more

Me and my family really enjoyed our visit here. Customer service was above and beyond what we could have imagined. We ordered the healthy veggie skillet with tortillas it was a good healthy option for breakfast and very filling. Definitely will be back. read more

This Denny's continues to disappoint. We walk in and there are at least five parties waiting at the door. There is no host/hostess taking names or even trying to be helpful. I ask the cashier if they are taking names. She responds "no, I'm about to clean tables" and walks off. Two other girls show up and are stating at the mass of people at the door with a classic deer in the headlights look. Finally one of them comes over with a torn piece of paper and asks the crowd " who showed up first"? Of course people capitalize on the situation and lie. To get seated faster. It didn't really matter because all six parties were seated in about 90 seconds because the staff finally got around to cleaning tables. read more

Margaret and team leader were extremely nice. I was seated however was ignored by everyone even my waitress so Margaret took care of me. Food was ok, wasn't 100% however I believe it was do to not having enough staff so I'm giving them benefit of a doubt.
