I had a new RV toilet with me so I went to Grayland True Value. I told the guy my predicament. He grabbed the size I needed, went to my car and made sure it fit. Got a shark bite connection with a shutoff valve. Went and installed the toilet. Everything worked out great. Saved by Grayland True Values excellent customer service. The price was more than fair. No price gouging for sure ! Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and fair. Next time I'll go straight there and skip Home Depot.

We've come here for everything from RV toilet paper to stone blocks to build a fire pit and anything in between. We've always found what we needed here, I'm pretty sure they have at least one of everything in stock. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful. Usually you can walk in the door, ask where to find something and they know exactly where it is, down to the shelf and what is on that shelf next to it. Great people, great store, highly recommend.

I stood there while groups of employees walked by and no one stopped to ask if I needed help. Initially walking down the gutter aisle an employee was already helping someone and as I approached the employee turned around and walked away and also being in the group that walked by. I eventually walked over to the other aisle and asked for help from an employee that was helping someone else. He was really nice and a big help. So why was I ignored by about 4 other employees? Who knows. I've been in this particular ACE in Belfair and occasionally the employees are nice but a good portion of the times they are not. It must be miserable working there.

I'm not usually a whisky or gin fan, but theirs were quite good. Also interesting to try aquavit! Was pleasant chatting with the owner and we were able to have our pup inside too. Personally, I find The Home Depot and Lowes way too overwhelming and loud. At Lincoln Creek, I feel like I'm walking into the hometown hardware store that I went to with my dad as a kid. With a smiling greeting at the door, a "what can I help you with" attitude, and a friendly, good-natured personality ... Lincoln Creek has it down. Sure, their prices can be a wee bit higher than those mentioned above. However, the staff is very kind and helpful. They all know where items are and don't need to "call" anyone to figure out which aisle something is in. Their selection is pretty darn good for not being a big box store, with me finding pretty much everything I need at each visit. Sometimes they don't have what I need, but it's rare that I can't find an alternative. The best part of the store is Larry and the paint department. Larry is the paint master, being able to match colors perfectly and tinker with the formulas to make them work. They stock B. Moore which is even better. Lastly, they have a very large Lumber department in which you can find most anything that you need. The only section that needs some love and is routinely lacking is the garden/plant section. Their selection of plants, flowers, etc. is pretty sad. All in all though, Lincoln Creek is our first stop. I like it. The kids like it. It's a safe, good place to go. They will keep on seeing our faces there.

I have been there 3 times in the last month to buy fire logs. Only once did a young man ask if he could help and carried the box of 12 out for me. Today I purchased 36, sliced my finger open while loading them into the cart, stood in line waiting while my finger dripped and finally the cashier called to the back to bring out a bandaid.
