This isn't your regular soccer mom clothes. This is sequins, embroidery, bold colors, textured neutrals HEAVEN. And the owner grew up nearby and has worn western wear her whole life--so she's passionate about high quality REAL boots that fit perfectly and accurate western wear. They even have a hat bar to design every element of a hat including branding and the thingy that wraps around the hat that has a proper name that I don't know. It's freaking amazing. SOMEONE SNAP A PIC! The staff were so kind and each used their own expertise to help me shop. Plus there is the largest collection of Consuela bags around. I have quite the selection now because once you see them in person you see the quality. This amazing store specializes in true vintage ranging from 1940's fashion to 1980's. At the front of the store is where you'll find some of their older pieces, however if you are looking for something "newer" they have a nice selection of 80s Levis and other leather jackets towards the back of the store. I usually don't like to shop at vintage stores because I don't have the patience for it, but this store was so uniquely curated and everything was placed in an order that didn't feel overwhelming. My friend and I were able to find some very unique piece and during the process fell in love with the staff working there. Besides clothing, they also have a lot of vintage accessories as well as home decor. Last but definitely not least, they have an amazing selection of cowboy boots for men. I bought a bike for my son's birthday online for in-store pick up. It said it would be ready…read morewithin an hour so we went to pick up the bike at this location. Here we met Serenity, who was rude, unhelpful and unempathetic. First I asked if someone can help me to put the bike into my car. She said no because it was not a curbside pick up. I told her I'm a woman with a child, I need help with putting the bike to the car. She said let her ask someone. This would be the very first store who would not help a customer upload a large item! She later reluctantly said someone may help me upload but they are not required. When I showed her my order number on my phone and she said, "Can you read the number to me?" Then she told me because I just placed the order, the bike was not assembled. I asked why the website said it would be ready within an hour. She said she didn't know. So I said to her I would be back tomorrow to pick up the bike. She said our bike won't be ready until Wednesday (today is Friday, so it turned from a "Ready within an hour" to 5 days in store pick up.) Finally I told her to cancel my order as my son and myself were just disappointed from this experience. She said you can do that yourself online. This is the worst customer service representative I have ever met!

The gentleman that helped me was nice and tried to find the boots I was looking for at another store to bring to this store. I eventually found a different pair that I wanted. When I got to the cashier(name Evelyn) to pay, she was complaining about another customer. Stopped for a brief moment to ask me to come forward and then continued to talk badly about the other customer in front of me. She never checked to confirm that I had the matching pairs of boots like other stores usually do. Just tossed them in the bag. Not the best branch of BootBarns I've been to.
