Having to chose my priority in the exact moment of need I went with the clinical massage. I live a very active lifestyle both in my personal and business life. The reason I came to visit Nicole Howell is because the massage I needed was not for zen and relaxation but correction and energy. Her knowledge, passion for health and interest in her client needs showed immediately in her greeting and opening conversation. My visit and reason for seeing Nicole was for hamstrings. When she worked her way up my body to give it some balance she found that my chest was tight and she helped massage and stretch it to offer balance. My boyfriend has been seeing Dr. Pete for about 20 years now, he goes in for an adjustment about once every 6 months or so. For a whole year, my boyfriend kept telling me to go see Dr. Pete because he's amazing and will help with my back pain, but I was very skeptical. I had never been to a chiropractor before, especially a NUCCA chiropractor, and didn't have much faith in the practice. I tried icing my back, using a tens machine, going to physical therapy, and even acupuncture, but nothing really helped. So after a year, I finally agreed to go to Dr. Pete because nothing had helped and I was taking too much medication to help manage my pain and I was also scared of having to need surgery again.
