These people are complete idiots. They have no idea about the products they sell. I have gone in multiple times, spoken to different employees, and none of them have a clue. What I have to do to get anything to work is call the LA location, speak to a worker there who helps me flawlessly, then go to this location because otherwise, nothing is accomplished. I even had an incident where the LA people recommended I replace a part on my printer, but when I went in to buy the part, the Concord Denco people didn't even know what I was talking about. They demanded I give them the part number which doesn't make sense because that's their own personal information. It's not specific to the actual item. The woman there couldn't even figure out how to look it up on her system. She just said she couldn't find it and stood there staring at me. I then had to ask her to go find someone who could help. When she finally returned, they didn't know what I was talking about and I had to call the LA location, had them the phone and then they were able to look the item up. Unprofessional. There is also no one ever at the front desk and even after I ring the bell, it takes them 5 minutes to show up though I can hear them arguing in the back room... Their prices are also 3x the norm, but sadly, when you need ink asap or paper for a job that has to go out, you are stuck with these guys... read more
