Now receiving an invoice that's almost double of what originally was expected definitely sets me back and makes me realize this is not the person I want to do business with. His invoicing was also difficult to understand, I had to go and add them up to double check since nothing was listed together or layed out in a understandable manner, the numbers never added up. Larry did not conduct him self in a Proffesional manner. When we mentioned our concern and that we were looking at other businesses he immediately got defensive regarding the "time he put in "what's ridiculous about that is even a stranger put more time into making mockups and helping me find a font more than he did. I had to do all of the font research he was not helpful whatsoever in the creative aspect. So my final point is Larry's work may be good but I wouldn't know his customer service sucks.

The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.
