As my temp tags were about to expire, I called to ask about the title and was met with an incredibly rude woman and unprofessional response. I was told they didn't have it. Then, my girlfriend called a bit later and suddenly they did have it and were mailing it. None of it made sense. Because of their delay, I ended up having to drive with expired tags. One of the employees told me, "It's fine -- if you get a ticket, we'll pay for it." Which is absolutely false -- we confirmed with NJMVC that you cannot legally drive on expired tags. To make matters worse, 32 days after purchase, the check engine light came on. Clearly, they reset or disabled it when selling the car. The Carfax report also falsely stated an oil change was done -- I know it wasn't because I had to do it myself. After fixing one issue, the check engine light came on again. This dealership only cares about making the sale -- once you drive off the lot, they don't care about you or the car. I will never buy a vehicle from them again.

He was upset that we were calling him without an appt, even though one of his employees told me he would be there. He quotes me a price on the phone way higher than what was on the car, and then proceeds to make me feel like an idiot because their website mentions financing, yet they don't do financing. If a business cannot get the basics such as scheduling, and having clear Information on their website, I can't trust that the cars are in good shape. After reading some of the other reviews pertaining to the employees there, I believe I made the right decision walking away. South Jersey is overrun with used car places that are friendly, helpful, and provide correct information to the public, anyone of them would be a much better choice.

He took the time to tell me all the services he offered and explained in detail. He is certified by Xpel and Optimum which sells Opti-coat. I ended up with a package that included Xpel Ultimate and Opti-coat Pro Plus. The whole process took 2 days. I live in philly. I dropped my car off and Ryan gave me a ride home. Then I took a train to lindenwold where he picked me up. The Xpel wrap is a clear film that protects against rock chips and is self healing. Ryan demonstrated it by scratching his car that had film on. Amazing stuff. He wrapped my full hood, full fender, side mirrors, front bumper and door edges. All these places are the most likely to get paint chips especially if you're on the highway a lot. He used pre-cut pieces from Xpel. Unfortunately Xpel did not include film for the lowest bumper trim on my car but Ryan made a custom piece for it. That is class on his part. He will hook you up with extras. Then he coated the car using opti-coat pro plus which is a 2 step coating of protection and gloss. He even coated my wheels. Dirt just comes off easily from a pressure wash and the water beading in insane. Of course he made sure the pain was corrected before doing all this. His service also includes a free first wash a few weeks later so that he could inspect the car and see if there needs a touch up. There's no such thing as a perfect job but this is as close to perfect. Ryan and his assistant Dan, are great guys. The price is very reasonable for the amount of detailing Ryan does. Ryan was also working on high end cars like corvettes, maseratis and Mercedes but he did not treat me like a 2nd class citizen.

I will be taking my wife's car to him for some headlight buffing and a body wrap also. The one thing that keeps him above the rest is his integrity and accountability and those attributes are hard to come by........
