There is no logical justification for his services and charges, its pretty much "its that much because I say it is." As I read the other negative review it seems as if I have had the exact same experience. A pattern indeed. Hot tub constantly dirty and foggy, had to specifically ask for him to clean the grime and build up on the hot tub yet we are being charged as if we have the cleanest, most high maintenance hot tub around. The final straw for him was me questioning his prices via text. He called me very angrily and told me I would need to find another technician and that prices are his prices.
