Really satisfied with the service provided by Mike's company for my cousin in Ceres. They needed their screen door fixed. After reading reviews, doing the research, and asking around for quotes, they decided to go with this company. Just a small fix and Mike's guys were able to get the job done quickly and we paid what they quoted us. read more

I scheduled an appointment for today 10/16, between 0830 and 1230. No-one showed and "I called" the main office, because I hadn't received a call or notification. I was then told that the technician was backed up and wouldn't be able to make it today but they could reschedule me for 10/24. WHAT HAPPENED TO TOMORROW. I'VE ALREADY WASTED HALF OF THIS DAY WAITING ! Are you serious ? This is no way to do business. Happy holidays ! I will not be using their business and I would not recommend them !!! I gave them one star because it wouldn't offer less. read more

I just purchased a new home in Modesto. As with any home purchase maintenance is key to keeping one's home in good condition. Part of that regular maintenance should be cleaning your fireplace and chimney by professionals. Mike's provides the best service. My technician was Kevin who arrived on time and was thorough and detailed in letting me know what he was going to do. Kevin is the best and his work was done in a very neat and clean way considering it is a fireplace and chimney being serviced. I highly recommend using Mike's for peace if mind when you want to light a fire without worrying about a dirty chimney. I hope you're as lucky as I was to get Kevin as your technician. Hired this company to do a simple chimney sweep in October & they gave me a "complimentary full inspection" saying I needed $12,000 worth of repairs! They even sent with the report a financing agreement! The report was a total scam! Do not use! read more

My screen door got damaged by a bizarre accident. I was looking all over for a company to fix it ASAP, because I didn't want to wait. I ended up calling Mike and setting up a time for him to come that day. Mike was able to show up, clean all the glass, and replace it in less than an hour. Mike was real professional, and he was able to give me pointers about how to keep the door safe. I definitely recommend Mike again read more

I contacted this company after having another chimney company come out to inspect my gas fireplace and chimney. When the other company came out the guy who showed up had never worked on a gas fireplace! I called them and cancelled, luckily they didn't charge me! Then I called Mike's Mobile and they actually sent out one of their best technicians who was able to clean and service my gas fireplace. I mentioned needing more air flow through the house and the guy told me he could measure for a security screen door right there that day! I was so happy with him and the service Mikes Mobile provided that I purchased a security door from them and I couldn't be happier! I'll be calling them out next year to service my fireplace for sure! read more

I had received a few estimates for a job from a few other companies so I called them to provide one as well. The guy who came out was very polite and I had an initial great impression with the company. He took measurements for about an hour and said someone would email me a quote in the next few days. After a week had gone by with no estimate I followed up with a call to the office and the could not find any record of my home visit. They said they would track down my estimate and get back to me. They have so far totally blew me off and never called with an estimate. I called again and asked where my estimate was and told they were having computer problems and would call me right back. I have still yet to receive a call back. I have zero desire to spend a few thousand dollars on a company that doesn't even care enough to even return my calls. Update: The office called me back and was very apologetic about the service I received. They gave me a great price to compensate for all the problem and came out to finish the job. The workers that showed up were very professional and answered all the questions I had. Ultimately the work they did looks fantastic and I am happy with the final result. read more
