Now it is Henderson Ford, and I will take my vehicle to Evansville before I let them touch my vehicle again. Quoted a price for a water pump 2500 dollars! And then called two more times during the repair with price increases that were not included in the original quote. These guys are scam artists and they know they have you over a barrel once they get your car in the shop and torn apart. Got me once, shame on me. Almost a month ago my poor car was demolished by a tree. Yes, demolished....the insurance company deemed it a total loss. This was a sad day for me - seriously, I cried - because I loved, loved, loved my Mustang. Oh well - time to look for another. I've had 5 Mustangs and I know exactly what I want - to the point of being stubborn about things. So I searched the internet to find the perfect Mustang baby to replace my dead one and finally found it....in Henderson, Kentucky. Where the fuck is that? Guess I'm gonna find out! I started emailing the internet department first. I got a couple of responses back saying that they were eager to sell this car. I imagine it was because of the fact that it is a 2010 but still brand new. Gotta move that old merchandise! I called the person that emailed and left a message a couple of times but it was really hard to get a call back from them. Hello, don't you want to sell me this car?? While on my trip to Vegas I got serious about getting in touch with someone and finally got a number from this person I was dealing with. They were supposed to call me back the next day to tell me for sure if anything had changed and nope, no call, no nothing. I was FRUSTRATED by what I perceived as a complete lack of interest in getting me up to Henderson (which is 2 hours away from Nashville) to buy this car. So I called the main number and ended up talking to Hadyn (not sure of the spelling - he spelled it funny, he's British, what are ya gonna do). I told him I was coming up there Friday night to talk about that car and I needed someone to deal with me. He took on the challenge. Drove up to Henderson last night after work, walked up, and asked for Hadyn. This guy points to the lot and says "he's over there." WTF ever, I'm not going to hunt him down. I ran off to the restroom first and when I came back I just told someone to go get him. He immediately materialized and while I was a little disappointed he wasn't a young, hot, single Englishman that was gonna take me out for a quick shag later (hehe), I did like his friendliness and can-do attitude. Basically the interaction went like this. I said the number I was quoted on the phone, the manager came in and said that number is still good, I said sounds good to me, and we were done. I got it well under the Kelly Blue Book so I was happy and they were happy too. This took about 10 minutes. Then the deluge of paperwork started and we all know it takes a while. Got a good interest rate for my loan, got educated on the cool bells and whistles in my car like the sync system that works through the bluetooth in your phone - your car talks to you and you can answer phone, get weather, traffic info, etc. BADASS! Anyway, I digress. Point being is I got there at 530pm and by 725pm I was in the car getting a tutorial on all the features and I rolled out by 750pm. Not shabby for car buying. And there was literally no haggling and no arguing and no drama. The only thing I was sad about is that the internet person was going to get any commission off that sale because I thought they were kind of bad at even trying to MAKE the sale. The people I talked to when I came in were the ones who delivered! They also throw in things like free key replacement for a year and $10 oil changes - too bad they are in Henderson or I might take them up on it. I have to say that this may have been the most easy, relaxed, and fast car buying experience I have EVER had. I didn't once feel that they were trying to slip one by me, lie to me, sneak around, throw in extras, nothing. Very nice! I will definitely consider them if another tree falls on this mustang and I have to get a new one! read more

I recently ran over a nail or screw without knowing it. After having a friend help with finding out the issue, the friend suggested going to my dealership first to see if I had any type of warranty. I had recently purchased the car from Dempewolf, basically just 6 months ago. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Ken. While on the phone I explained to him that I need to set up an appointment to get my tire looked at since it was leaking air. He seemed very rushed and rude over the phone, as if he had bigger and better issued to be dealing with. He kept asking questions I had no answer to, such as can it be repaired or does it need to be replaced (this is the whole reason I was calling him, as I do not know about tires). Finally after asking me a bunch of question I didn't know the answer to he got back to the point of setting up an appointment. And even then, he made me feel like my issues was not as important. I was very disappointed in this phone call, and somewhat disappointed in the fact that I purchased a car at this lot. read more

About three weeks ago I brought a new F150 Truck from Dempewolf Ford in Henderson Ky. I was lied to by Dave as he told me yesterday that he would call me and get some stuff taken care of that I was promise when I brought the new truck ,but that never happened. I will never buy any thing from these people again. I have to take my truck there for maint for the 4 oil changes if they di not lie about that to. I would not ever send any one to buy from these people. It is the wrost dealership I have ever been to. I should have stay where I have been dealing with for the last 30 years ,but I wanted to try a ford dealership and did I ever pick the wrong one. I wish I could give ZERO stars! Bought a used car from this dealer. Paid KBB price for the car in excellent condition. Within 3 days the car was overheating and leaking antifreeze all over the place. Called the dealer to see what they would be willing to do. Of course I bought the car AS IS, and they immediately reminded me of that. They refused to even look at the car. It's hard for me to believe that a car dealer in this economy isn't at least a little concerned about their reputation. I will NEVER go back to this dealer and would not reccomend them to anyone. read more
