We go back the next day ONLY to CLEAN out the car. The owner stated it was $200. We explain the situation to him annd even told him we didn't even want the car just our belongings he then started to get very disrespectful and yelling at my boyfriend. He raised the price $97 on us after continuously arguing. If only google would let me post the videos I have of this man. We contacted the police department and they let us go back and get important belongings such as the registration. I took another video of him confirming the now $297 price so he couldn't raise it on us again and on recording lied about what the "297 covers" The owner is simply the rudest person I have ever encountered and simply couldn't give a shit less about his customers, or people at all for that matter. They said they would look at it for me and be able to repair it while I was there. When I got there I was amazed at the amount of vehicles located around the bldg and figured some were waiting for parts. There were three people working the counter when I got there. The guy I talked to was very courageous and friendly. Checked in and sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes when he came out and said he had good news. He had the nail in his hand which turned out to be a screw that was ground down and said it had not penetrated the tire with no damage and no charge, he gave me my keys and I found my vehicle parked directly outside the building. I definitely will be back if I need any repairs later on. I have lived in Newburgh for three years and I'm in my 80's.
