After the insurance company got involved and a repair shop was chosen, Dallas somehow became the towing company and that towing charge ballooned to $1,300! From what I understand, all they did was tow it from the original towing company in Booneville to the Westside of Evansville. This is nothing but price gouging and profiteering from somebody's misfortune. Dallas has had a very bad reputation for decades and this is just another example. Avoid them like the plague!

They were kind and professional, and helped mom through the insurance process, and even drove us home. We were thrilled when, just about 2 weeks later, they called and said we could pick up the van. I was expecting it to just be drivable, but the entire job was finished! They did flawless work on the repair and paint matching is excellent. The mechanical work also seems to be thoroughly done.
