I went to get oil change on Monday Dec 4, it Was my first time doing it on my own, and they knew it, so they took advantage of me. I was waiting in the lobby, the girl came out and showed it to me on the stick, if the oil was good, it looked good. But when I came home and checked myself there was hardly any oil on the stick. I had new steer tires put on my semi truck and I had a shake at the wheel at around 70 mph. They had me bring it back in to tackle the problem and come to find out. It was a tire that I had purchased separately and had them mount and balance. Even though it wasn't their fault at all, they followed up with me day after day to find out how it was driving and wouldn't accept the shake and had me bring it back in. Finally, I was able to send that tire back and get everything corrected and they wouldn't even accept any more money from me. all they were concerned about was making sure that me, the customer was happy.
