This trip, I was hoping to overlook this error and give them a second chance. When I asked for four new tires and alignment, and that I needed it the same day, they called me when they were ready. However, they hadn't scheduled the alignment! This will be the last time I visit them, and will seek to do my business elsewhere in the future.

My last…read moreexperience with Best one Tire all the way from management of Kevin in the office to Jerry and his guys in the fleet Tire service department was excellent to say the least. I had new steer tires put on my semi truck and I had a shake at the wheel at around 70 mph. They had me bring it back in to tackle the problem and come to find out. It was a tire that I had purchased separately and had them mount and balance. Even though it wasn't their fault at all, they followed up with me day after day to find out how it was driving and wouldn't accept the shake and had me bring it back in. Finally, I was able to send that tire back and get everything corrected and they wouldn't even accept any more money from me. all they were concerned about was making sure that me, the customer was happy. If I could leave a 50 star review, I would. thank you, Best one Tire for everything.

I need my brakes done $895, that the brakes were so bad that the tab was gone. They told me I didn't have any leaks. After leaving and parking it for 2 days, I noticed I had oil spots on the driveway. I took it to a mechanic that I trust, to make sure everything was fine. They told me that everything was fine and that the oil cap was leaking oil (last touched by Best One). I have complained to Best One about oily fingerprints on my car, among other things. They also forgot to mention my oil change was going to be 4x more than my last oil change. They told me I had to pay $80. I asked if there were any discounts because I thought it was going to be $19.99, like the last several oil changes that I had. They lie. Don't trust them! I'm glad I found someone I can trust and won't rip me off!
