I honestly don't know how this place isn't rated a 5 star across Michigan. He's been serving the Dearborn community since the late 1940's early 50's!! He serves HALAL meats for the community as well. very flavorful, very generous, very thin, dough that doesn't hurt your stomach after you eat! He even serves you a complementary cup of banana peppers with every pizza you order! He's also home of the 3XL pizza! His pricing is very very reasonable! read more

There was a noticeable drop in quality with my last two orders from Demarco's. First the wings were cheapened then the pizza came with way oversalted hamburger topping. Looks like a cover up for bad meat. A great pizzeria gone bad. read more

I would give Sal 0 stars if I could. I don't know how anyone could support this clown. He charged a friend of mine 12% for using an Amex. Then he said "it wasn't me! it was the machine.." I swear that's a quote. He blamed the machine and not the fact that he added it. What a crook. I called him myself to see why the price was so much higher. If it wasn't a party I would have told my friend to throw the pizza back in his face. I bet you're saying oh it must have been a single slice of pizza. That's why he charged so much. Nope. It was over a $100 order. Oh he was rude and arrogant even before charging so much. Forgot about that. The food was average and expensive even without the extra fees he tacked on. It's hard to mess up pizza but something was a bit off here. Had a cardboard taste like it was sitting out too long. He didn't add the typical banana peppers to the sheet because he's so cheap. And his wings were extra extra salty. If you like super salty wings these are for you. My friend was going to challenge the spending but we talked him down. Figured we ate from it so why stiff the owner. Good thing is there's 100 pizza places in the area. Do not go here unless you want a rude crook to profit for mediocre food. read more

The best pizza in metro Detroit, always fresh and so delicious!! The staff are always so friendly and make you feel like family. I love that they serve halal options and you can order a pepperoni pizza from a real Italian owned and operated pizza spot! They're really hard working people at Demarco's and they even offer late night hours which is awesome for the night owls! read more

DeMarco's Pizza - Halal Pepperoni Pizza with Black Olives - Pizza Near Me - Dearborn, Michigan

Mom 'n pop type of place, with a long history. Relatively simple menu, but the food is high quality. Minimal online presence, so don't believe the Google search results you may find with a bunch of specialty stuff. That ain't it. I've been here a few times now and have been quite satisfied with the results. Everything we've had has been awesome. Definitely recommend! read more

De marcos is an Italian family business! Do I have to say anything else !!??? Pizza is amazing and the rest is too ! This is my pizza place to go to ! Would not disappoint! read more

Ordered this pizza 30 mins before closing time, gotta say, it was delicious. The owner said 15 minutes and it was ready as soon as I got there. Cheese was consistently spread, undercarriage was cooked perfectly, and the banana peppers on the side made it more enjoyable. Will be returning. read more

DeMarco's Pizza - Cheese pizza - Pizza Near Me - Dearborn, Michigan

Good pizza and cheese bread. They have the good pizza oven. Not the one with the belt that moves the pizza through. Friendly owners and workers. I will be back! read more

Bbq chicken pizzas the best in town hands down, guys are really friendly and the cheese breads good as well

Don't waste your time or money at this place. The pizza isn't good and neither is the cheese bread. He uses sub-par cheese that melts into a shiny sheet of tasteless nothing. The man working there is not very nice and he parks his big dirty truck in the first spot by the door. Shouldn't that spot be saved for customers? read more

DeMarco's is an institution. Not only have they consistently delivered a solid pie all theses years but also one that hasn't changed. This is the exact same pizza I grew up with. The slightly sweet sauce, the garlic butter crust. Even with more of the east side popping up on the west, nobody can touch one of the classics. Please don't change. read more

Perfect spot for a well made good old fashioned cheese pizza. No fancy ingredients or corny names necessary. The quality of ingredients speak for themselves. The pizza is always baked to perfection and the crust is perfect. Soft with a crispy exterior. The pizza sauce adds a hint of sweetness to the overall flavor profile evening out the saltiness of the cheese and bread. A must try! My favorite cheese pizza by far! read more

DeMarco's Pizza - a pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Dearborn, Michigan

It's really good I go there every hockey practice and game if I can go there all the time I would and the workers are so nice

It's really hard to find good authentic Italian pizza. Unless you've been to Italy and seen how it's made then you would really know that DeMarcos makes the best Italian style pizza. Perfect dough to cheese ratio and tastes amazing. It's been my go to spot for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ohh and their breadsticks and ranch are AMAZING. read more

A lot of reviews saying the pizza is "thin" and that's true but what do you expect for Italian pizza. People are so used to the thick crust and Puffy pizza that De Marcos throws them off. I had a great experience and the pizza was absolutely amazing, reasonable priced and well spread toppings. The workers were professional with me and not rude in any way. Will definitely be going back as this place absolutely rocks! read more

food is amazing all i gotta say chicken sub was very good and the pizza has lots of flavors read more

DeMarco's Pizza - a hot dog and a can of soda - Pizza Near Me - Dearborn, Michigan

See all

Living 1 street away for the last 5 years i have not had them so i said let me give them a try. I called in a order for a large cheese and chicken pizza. The gentleman on the on the phone was great and said it needs 20 minutes. I showed up and the pizza was just coming out looking fantastic, in the meantime i also saw they had some brownies in a case i got a slice of that as well. The pizza was huge! For a large it was huge the cheese was perfect it sooo reminded me of a dollar slice from New York (this is a compliment) it brought me back so many memories. But the chicken was tasteless, it was cooked perfect but bland it, it had no taste. Loved that they give u a side of banana peppers and the price was great as well. Next time ill get some sausage or meatball and see if the meat taste better then the chicken. I will be back for sure. read more

On our ever-present search for good eat-in pizza, we stopped in here for dinner a few nights ago. We walked in and it smelled soooo good. We ordered a medium pizza, half with ham and onion (me), half with pep and bacon (her), and an order of Italian cheese bread. The pizza and bread were served on cardboard, eaten off of paper plates, and we shared a 2-liter via styrofoam cups. So not the most comfortable or classy eat-in pizza, but it was forgivable. The pizza was disappointing. Pretty thin, and the toppings were sparse. Except the onion... there was a TON of onion. I don't know if it was the sauce, but the pizza had a certain flavor that I couldn't pinpoint and wasn't a fan of. The Italian cheese bread, though, the bread was delicious... Unfortunately not delicious enough to bring me back in. read more

Their food is not good. We tried it twice just to give it a second chance. Never again. Also do they think they are selling gas if you pay with a debit card they charge you 6 percent more. Wtf really. read more

A few years ago the pizza and subs were just great. I loved the place. But lately the pizza went straight down hill and I'm not sure why. You can tell they are struggling to stay in business and I'm all about giving second chances. I went as far as calling the place and actually speaking my mind about the food not being as good as it was thinking they would change something and then placed an order and asked for my pizza not to be overdone. it was almost burned. There are so many pizza shops now in Dearborn, fix your food before you have to close. read more

Awesome old fashioned Italian pizza with a fantastic crust. You can't go wrong here. Have been in business in Dearborn for a couple generations. read more

The pizza is great! The owner must know this who's why he acts like a D#%! He is racist, ignorant, and arrogant. Life can't be that miserable when ur still in business for over 20 years. His mother was a sweetheart but he definitely needs some character development. They don't have set hours and he makes YOU, the customer, feel like crap if u order an item that HE ran out of... way to treat people who have provided ur livelihood. I hope he retires n his kids take over cuz the pizza is bomb! read more

Best pizza in the area. Thin crust but not floppy and it has a different taste (in a good way) than anyone else I've ever had before.

This is by far the best pizza around. I've been eating Demarcos since high school back in 1983 at the first and original place in east Dearborn. The pizza has not changed a bit. I drive from Canton to Dearborn at least a few times a month just for the pizza. Sal you rock ! read more

Demarcos slices are unbeatable throughout the United States of America! When in Detroit don't go anywhere but Demarcos!!

The crust was lousy and if your crust ain't good, your pizza's not good.

As soon as you see the place you see signs about them selling single slices of pizza. I have went 5 times this week trying to get a slice and every single time i have gotta rudely told that he is out of slices. I have been to this place over 30 times and about 4 times i have successfully gotten my slice of pizza. Not to mention how rude the owner is. Its like he doesnt even want you in the place. The lack of respect for the youngins is terrible. I just dont understand how they say they sell slices of pizza but NEVER have. It would be very appreciated if they would stop wasting my time stopping in just to hear that they dont have any. I dont have to worry about that anymore because i am definitely never gonna step foot in there again. And i made it clear last time i was there that he will never see me again. Its ridiculous that i have made 5 stops there in the last week and not once got my slice. very terrible customer service. read more

I am scratching this place off of my pizzeria list. This is my third time trying it and the second time it sucked. I received a flier in the mail for an "X-Large" round or square pizza with 3 toppings for $9.99. I figured it has been a while since we ordered one, so I did. Summary: The square I ordered was burnt on the bottom. X-large? Says who, them? It was not X-large by any means. The three toppings I ordered probably did not total the amount I would have gotten on a one topping somewhere else. There was barely any cheese on it too. Very cheap on toppings and cheese. As soon as I picked up the box I could tell by the light weight of the box that it was gonna be skimpy. Sorry Demarcos, I don;t know how you stay in business being cheap to coupon users. The pizza maker was Johns brother, the same one who made the first lousy one. I think they are trying to operate by skimping. I will not be back, coupon or not. I would have given a zero stars but my son like the crust on the sides. not the burnt bottom. read more

Decent spot to get a late night pizza on my way home from work. I like how they put yellow peppers with every order. The garlic parm crust is amazing and makes the pizza. Great spot read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very rude and condescending every time we visited. My wife and I gave this place a try 3 different times and have very bad customer service each time. The pizza wasn't anything spectacular either. Don't waste your money or time. read more

Worst customer service ever! I had never been here and figured I'd try it out. I walked in and asked for a menu so I could see the specials. I was told by the owner that you have to order a pizza first to see any coupons. He said the menu is on the wall you can use that. All I asked for was a simple flyer he was putting on pizza boxes and was told you have to pay first. Any place that is so cheap they refuse to let you even see a coupon flyer because they gotta make that extra $2-$3 is a hard pass for me. Great business strategy! read more

De Marco's I called them 5 times just like how I called me cheese pizza like 3 times they dont answer their phones maybe they are low on staff or they need hearing aids because that phone kept ringing ringing and ringing. And I know de Marco's opens late at 2 or 3 and I wanted to try it because I was craving cheese pizza and there pizzas looked good but no one answered the phone. So thanks de Marco's pizza. read more

If you're a fan of thin crust New York style pizza this is the place. Sometimes they can go lighter on the sauce, so if you're like me and you like sauce, just ask for extra and you'll have a great pizza. I haven't tried anything else on the menu, so all I can recommend is the pizza. read more

Terrible service overpriced very rude short armed Johnny and cheapo Sal run the place they put there sauce on top to make the illusion of them trying something different it's really to save on cheese stay clear from these people that claim it's a real Italian pizza 24.50 for a large and 8 wings very dissasitisfied never making that mistake again when I say cheap I mean CHEAP the cheese on that large was maybe for a small don't get duped. read more

The best pizza in Dearborn heights. The food always fresh, and the service always great. I highly recommend trying this place.

Worst ever customer and the food is not that good the owner gives big attitude don't ever order from there

Super disappointed! I use to order subs from this place in east Dearborn when I was a kid, I moved to Garden City and seen this place and inquired... Sal assured me it would be exactly the same... Got it home, well, it was the same, by half. Half the meat, cheese, but plenty bread and veggies. And of course I had to pay double since it has been about 20 years. #lifejustantwhatitusetobe read more
