When I went to pick it up, I noticed that one section of the pleats looked like it had been steamed or pressed completely flat. As in, my pleated dress came back to me with a section of pleats missing. When I pointed it out, they said they would send it back to get it fixed. I came back to pick it up and once again, they did not fix it. The fact that they were about to let me walk out of there without telling me that the dress was ruined tells me everything I need to know about this business. I had to request to speak to the owner to find out what happened. While he was apologetic and offered to compensate me for the dress, the entire experience ruined the business for me. Be warned - they will ruin your clothes, they won't be up front about whether or not they can clean something properly without ruining it, and then they will avoid the issue unless you bring it up. Run from this place.

I told her this and she said she would call me before 12 and it would be ready. Friday comes and no call. I figured as much but wanted to see what she would say when I called. Called at 4pm on Friday and inquired why I hadn't received any calls, she then tried to blame me for not coming to pick it up??!!!! She said I thought you were going to come pick it up at 12! What??? No apologies for not having my items ready, no offer of gratitude for being a repeat customer even with the horrible experiences, no offer of credit, discount....NOTHING!!!! Horrible customer service and I won't be giving them any more chances until there is new management. If you need your clothes the same day or expect good customer service then don't come here!!

Worst experience ever! I took a brand new dress in for…read morealterations and cleaning almost a month ago. Initially, they told me it would be ready in two weeks. However, on the day I was supposed to pick it up, they called to inform me that their tailor had been dealing with family issues and hadn't shown up to work in two weeks. They said they had sent his work to other stores to get it done. They asked me to confirm what needed to be done and told me to pick it up the next day (Wednesday). I went on Friday instead, only to be told that the tailor at the other store couldn't do the alterations because there wasn't enough fabric to complete the work. The dress wasn't even at the store, and they told me to return on Monday. When I showed up on Monday, the manager spoke with me directly and explained that the dress had been cleaned, so they removed the tags. However, they hadn't done the alterations, and the dress was still at the other store. After about 20 minutes of taking no responsibility and offering no solutions, we agreed that he would contact George (their tailor, who is great at what he does) and even personally deliver the dress to him if needed. He promised to call me by the end of the day to confirm when I could pick it up. Of course, he never called. So I went back again today. When I arrived, they simply handed me the dress -- no alterations, not cleaned, and with the tags removed. I asked to speak to the manager, who tried to downplay the situation and told me there was nothing they could do. He gave me the contact information for a lady who could do the work and have it ready the next day. However, when I went to her, she tried to charge me three times what they had originally quoted for the alterations. In conclusion: They left me with a dress I can neither wear nor return.
