Amazing pizza. Stopped in after walking Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas with The Foresters. the music, and the service was awesome! Lauren was fabulous!!!

Easily some of the best pizza I've had in my life. I put this up with pizza spots in New York and Connecticut. No flop, elite cheese, and fantastic sauce. Picture perfect. If there's a wait time I recommend snagging a seat at the bar. The bartenders are awesome here. Bonus - Get the loaded Bloody Mary and thank me later. It'll take you places!

    Amazing pizza.

Was in hot springs Arkansas and everyone keeps talking about Delucas pizza. By far the most happening spot. Had to wait about 30 min to get seated. Open seating at the bar also but there was a line also. Pizza are huge. 18 inch. You can split and go half half on toppings fyi Dough crispy. And then. Crust intentionally burnt a little and I loved it. Cheese is nice with good chew to it. Not too cheesy. Got half patsy and half Benny. Patsy was so good. Nice touch of honey. Really good pizza. Benny was great also. I added the mushroom from a local farm. So good also wish they gave more though. Martini was also excellent here. Great spot to eat. Bartenders super nice and full of energy

We came to Hot Springs for hiking and DeLuca's! We started with DeLuca's and the trip is already worthwhile! DeLuca's is in an old school space that reminds me of a 1970's pizza joint. Lots of hardwood, not well lit, and loud! A long bar occupies the right side of the room and we chose to sit there because even though it was mid-afternoon, there was a quite a crowd of happy pizza lovers! As we sipped excellent Bloody Marys, we enjoyed cheese covered focaccia. The bread was soft, flavorful and perfectly salted. The cheese was next level divine. I knew the pizza would be magical because the focaccia, served with a red dipping sauce was top shelf and the ingredients were clearly chosen with care. The pizza was the star of the show and I will not be able to do it justice with mere words. Great crust with little flop, perfect char and rich flavor served as the foundation for a mouth dazzling blend of cheeses and red sauce. No oil was visible. Herbs and spices were perfectly balanced. My companion said Hot Springs should have an airport just so people can fly in for lunch at DeLuca's and I agree! If pizza can be a reason to go anywhere, DeLuca's is a great reason to visit Hot Springs. Bonus points for having personable and service oriented bartenders!

Came here to see the hype over in the 8.7 by portnoy. It's not bad. However, far far from anything excellent. It's decent food in a tourist location.

    Delicious pizza!

My husband and I have been here in 2021. We knew when we came back to the area we wanted to come back, as the food was delicious. We had great service even though there was a slight hiccup with our order. They remade the pizza and tried to offer a free dessert. We declined as we were completely stuffed! You can make reservations, though my husband and I were able to wait at the bar for a table. We will be back!

    Best garlic bread ever.

We loved Deluca's! The garlic bread was the best I've ever had. The pepperoni pizza was great too and it was so much. We brought it back to the cabin and ate it the next day. Love the dark interior and also the Saturday morning football games playing on TV outside while we waited. Staff was very friendly. We will be back.

We came through Hot springs just to try this pizza. It did not disappoint. We got the barstool recommended pizza and added pepperoni and onions - asked for bell pepper but they were either out or don't serve it. I tried the blueberry wheat beer on draft that was recommended and it for as very good also. I like ranch on my pizza but they don't serve it but i get that it is probably a Texas thing and it was good without it. Server was great and even helped us to find the nearest hot spring to head to after. Pizza is thin and crispy with great flavor. My son ordered spaghetti and Meatballs w sauce on side. It as good put pretty pricey at 25 dollars. The bathrooms were only one stall (they had 2) and were clean. Glad we stopped in!

OMG. I've had a lot of good pizza in my life, and this may be the best NY-style charred brick oven pie (that's pizza in NY speak) I've ever had. The pizza dough, toppings, temperature - all of it was spectacular. I even got to meet the owner (he walks around the restaurant and frequently greeted customers) and he seems like a super cool, unapologetic, no nonsense kind of guy. He knows good food and he creates good food. I looked around while dining and all the customers looked super pleased. The ambiance was hip and spacious. There is a lot of seating, and on a Thursday evening around 7 pm, it was quite busy. I called ahead of time and made a reservation for my pizza dough. Note: you can't make a reservation for a table but you can reserve your dough. If you don't, they may run out, so don't say I didn't warn you. I showed up 20 min before my pizza dough reservation, and they seated my party of 4 immediately. The waitress was super nice and made some recommendations of things to do around town. We stayed at the Hotel Hot Springs and it's only a 5 minute walk from there. Dude, I'm telling you, this was excellent pizza. Perhaps the GOAT. Congrats, Anthony (the owner). You should be proud of your food and the restaurant's operation. Staff was very pleasant and the overall experience made my day after 12 miles of hiking in the national park's trails.

People all over Hot Springs raved abut DeLuca's. We tried once to get in and the wait was 2 hours. We could not stay. But in the next couple of days we made a reservation and still had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes. There is some nice seating outside to wait and street parking. The establishment is not very big so understandably there is going to be a wait. We were waited on pretty quickly and the server was sweet and helpful with our questions. The pizzas are brick oven. Hand made, cold dough (maybe) since it is VERY COLD in the restaurant and hostess said it was because of the dough. She also said she should tell folks to bring a jacket when they make a reservations and she had on layers of clothing. So take a jacket if you get chilly in restaurants. We opted for 2 pizzas 1/2 cheese (Franky's) 1/2 white pie (Jamsey) 1/2 Franky with meatball 1/2 sauage The white pizza was my favorite. It was creamy and very cheesy but not at all greasy. The cheese pizza on the other hand was pretty greasy, especially after it started to cool off. Pizza was served piping hot. Too hot to eat, challenging to cut. Crust was very thin and almost soggy, not as crisp as I would have liked. The pizzas are huge. 18 inches. The sauage was pretty spicy but one of our group loved it. It was also a vit pricy for pizza but worth a try.

I think Dave might have hit them low at 8.7... this is better than Sally's in my opinion. No flop. Solid undercarriage and a crunch on that crust that'll tingle your insides. Solid 9.4 IMHO. If youre looking for some place out of the norm to visit, come to Hot Springs Arkansas. And go to Delucas for some of the best pizza ever!

Stopped by for an early dinner Sunday night. Made sure to call in advance to reserve "dough". They only make a certain amount each day. We ordered half of the Sarah Meadows (which my partner liked due to the garlic) and half of Patsy Searcy (which was my favorite due to the honey). Great pizza for NY-style pizza lovers. I did find the female portraits decorating the walls a bit odd, but I guess if it's tradition and it supports a local photographer...?

    Pepperoni pizza

Really wanted to love this place after all the barstool hype but unfortunately the experience outweighed the food. Had what we thought were reservations for 7:30pm on a Saturday but were told that it would be an hour wait once we arrived. Without reservations elsewhere our party of 9 had little hope to get seated any faster elsewhere so we decided to wait. After about 30 minutes the kids were really hungry so I decided to ask if we could get our pizza to go instead but I guess that was a mistake. The curly red head hostess told me takeout would be 2 hours because it messes up the kitchen. I reminded her that we had a reservation for 7:30 and she informed me that was just a check in time not a reservation. She then asked me if I'd like to switch to takeout to wait two hours instead of the hopefully additional 30 from the hour wait we stay agreed to. Why would I do that? It was her attempt to be rude under the guise of being accommodating. We waited the full 1 hour and were sat at 8:30pm and were greeted promptly. Our server took our orders and our food came out around 9pm for a table with a 7:30 "check in time". At that point we didn't see our server again until it was time to leave and even had to get a water refill at the bar. Anyway, the pizza was fine. 3 pizzas was too much and we took home a full pie from 5 kids and 4 adults. They recommended 4 but that would have been way too much. The kids didn't like it because of the char but us grown ups liked it fine. Not fine enough to make up for the wait or attitude though so we won't return. It's a shame, it's good enough pizza to be a regular patron but I think their local celebrity status probably isn't going to do them any long term favors if they continue to operate this way. Oh also, the walk decor is strange. Pictures of attractive young (adult) patrons like headshots or glamour shots. Kind of a strange touch that doesn't make sense but whatever, you guys do whatever you want- I'm not going to see it again.

There weren't any vegan items so I did the best I could. I asked for a flatbread without cheese. We got drinks but they weren't really strong. Overall we loved having emo night and a meal to eat. They also had games in the back to play, which we got. It was a great night! We did try to go back the next day, but there was a cover, so we decided to go to another bar instead. This place is my must-visit--actually my must-visit twice--every single trip. The vibe? Pure gold. A little gritty, a lot of personality, and somehow both laid-back and rockin' at the same time. It's the kind of spot where the music feels like it's got a heartbeat and the walls have stories (and because they do - read Maxine "Call Me Madam" by Maxine Temple Jones!). And the food...look...the pizza alone is worth a pilgrimage. I don't know what magic they put in that dough, but it's the kind you think about when you're supposed to be thinking about other things. Everything that comes out of the kitchen is amazing--comfort food with swagger. Since I visited last they added ravioli to the menu!! So rich and delicious!! One of the best parts? The people. I've met countless amazing folks during every visit--locals, travelers, characters of all kinds--and every single one adds to the charm of the place. It's got that rare magic where strangers feel like friends within minutes. I have actually met relatives there that I never knew about or heard of!!! The bartenders are the BEST of the BEST!!! I paired it with a strong Old Fashioned that hit just right. No complaints there. But the real standout wasn't the food. It was the service. Melissa S was an absolute gem. Managing multiple tables with ease, always smiling, answering questions with patience, and actually connecting with people. Not just taking orders, but making the experience feel human. We had pizza on our minds but the restaurant we wanted to dine at had a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. We passed; our tummies didn't want to wait that long. We headed on down the street until we saw an interesting restaurant, steaks, yummy. We headed inside and were seated immediately. It was a Sunday evening, and the restaurant was approaching their closing time, but we had plenty of time to dine. After being seated at our table, Haley, our server, greeted us and took our drink orders. It was a bit warm, so iced tea was the beverage we requested. After looking over the menu for a bit, I decided on the 8-ounce hand cut sirloin, cooked rare, accompanied with a loaded baked potato and a side salad. My wife, who wasn't very hungry, ordered loaded baked potato soup. While waiting for our entree and soup we admired all the artwork on the walls. From what we could tell, all the pieces were painted by the same local artist. The artwork was focused on rock icons. Some of them were very interesting. In a flash, my side salad was brought to our table. I ordered it with Brick House Grill's House Dressing, cheese & wine. The salad was beautiful served cold and crisp with huge slices of cucumbers. The house dressing was incredible with a touch of sweetness. Yummy. Shortly, our entrees were delivered to our table by one of the kitchen's expeditors. I love my steaks cook rare, not medium rare, rare. So many restaurants' grill master's, when they have a rare steak ordered, have a tendency to cook more towards the medium rare side. My hand-cut 8-ounce sirloin was grilled to the perfect rare. The steak had a wonderful smokey flavor from being grilled. Haley, our server, checked in with us several times. She specifically asked if my steak was grilled to perfection. My wife said the loaded baked potato was wonderful, some of the best she's ever had. Haley was an awesome server, so attentive and pleasant. What an incredible meal and time we had! Next time we're in Hot Springs, we'll definitely stop in for dinner.
