I then had a difficult time getting any follow up from a specific person afterwards to express my dissatisfaction so I ultimately left the situation with a bad taste in my mouth for this company. But a little while later, the owner of the company personally reached out to me personally to apologize for any negative experience that I had and said that they pride themselves on customer service and wanted to make it right. I was not expecting this and ultimately had chalked it all up to a loss and bad experience initially. I'm amazed that any company would care enough for their customers to follow up even after I had already gotten nowhere with one of their employees, to apologize and wanting to make it right. They didn't have to do that and I'm shocked they did but it's clear they really do care about the experience and services they provide to their customers. Once again, I'm amazed and was not expecting anything further from them, but it's clear they will go the extra mile for their clients to give them the service they are paying for.

I began using Nate when he was an Uber driver, and he told me I could call him directly since we live so close to each other. This was better for both of us, I could schedule an exact time, and Nate didn't need to line Uber's pockets. I live 10 minutes from the airport, but I always use Gopher Airport Taxi to drop me off and pick me up. I simply give Nate my flight info and he is always on time. His car is clean and comfortable, and he is the kindest, most gracious driver. In fact, pre-pandemic, my husband and I used Nate's service so much, and spent so much time in traffic getting to know each other, that we all became friends personally. When I have guests coming in from out of state, I send Nate to get them if I'm not able to get to the airport on time. On more than one occasion, we've had company events that required more than one vehicle, Nate was kind enough to make arrangements for the others cars as well, and it always runs smooth. After having the brakes go out on my truck & have the cost of that repair earlier in the week, I was looking forward to the 4th of July holiday weekend with my kids & grandkids. Hooked up the big 5th wheel rig and headed out from Shakopee. I made it 9 miles when I heard something was very wrong. I found my way off the highway onto a backroad in Eden Prairie. I parked, checked the rig and found it was the truck's serpentine belt fraying off. I had no one to call. Feeling defeated I sat in the truck with my dog and cried. I sat there for about 20 minutes. People, trucks and cars passed by when a courier type van was passing by stopped and asked if I was ok or needed help. Told him my situation and he said that his business is on the other side of this block if you want to walk over and let's see what we can do. I walked over and he was in his office. It was then I realized this was not an employee. It was the owner himself. He ordered the part. He had his mechanic; Viktor install the new belt and make sure I was on my way. It's the things people do when no one's watching that tell you the content of their character. And even better, when they have zero to gain but have the compassion to help others shows the content of their heart. I will forever be grateful to Gus & Viktor.
