I lived in Minneapolis (specifically Eden Prairie -13 min from Paisley). I moved to Tampa and flew in for business. I had a friend pick me up from the airport. I had a Paisley tour scheduled at 10:40 Saturday for the shoe exhibit. First I tried Lyft w/o a confirmation response. So I cancelled and tried Uber. Same response. In addition, they had on their website "pickup not guaranteed". So clearly not using. I used another car rental service and recieved a confirm but they were a no show. I missed my Paisley tour. I was PISSED. There are no real Taxis and most car services have gone out of business. Please use Gold & Green Taxi service. They may have you pay before b/c ppl have been scheduling and they have been a no show. There is an actual person who answers the phone. Plan about 60.00 at most with tip (Eden Prairie to airport). I'll attach a card. If they are busy ask them for the next reliable car service besides them.

The dispatcher said to call back when I was ready to go and give it an extra 15 minutes just to be safe. I called back at 4 and requested the ride. He asked for the pick-up and drop-off addresses, which I tell him are Burnsville and Prior Lake. His response. "No, we don't have any cars." Hangs up. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. I will never use this company again. I try to use local taxi companies when I can, but if this is how they are, then let Lyft run them out of business. Avoid them like the plague and don't trust their answers to your questions to be true or correct.

Seems like everything that can go wrong finds me. After having the brakes go out on my truck & have the cost of that repair earlier in the week, I was looking forward to the 4th of July holiday weekend with my kids & grandkids. Hooked up the big 5th wheel rig and headed out from Shakopee. I made it 9 miles when I heard something was very wrong. I found my way off the highway onto a backroad in Eden Prairie. I parked, checked the rig and found it was the truck's serpentine belt fraying off. I had no one to call. Feeling defeated I sat in the truck with my dog and cried. I sat there for about 20 minutes. People, trucks and cars passed by when a courier type van was passing by stopped and asked if I was ok or needed help. Told him my situation and he said that his business is on the other side of this block if you want to walk over and let's see what we can do. I walked over and he was in his office. It was then I realized this was not an employee. It was the owner himself. He ordered the part. He had his mechanic; Viktor install the new belt and make sure I was on my way. It's the things people do when no one's watching that tell you the content of their character. And even better, when they have zero to gain but have the compassion to help others shows the content of their heart. I will forever be grateful to Gus & Viktor. These guys are the real deal and are simply amazing. I pray they are blessed abundantly in all they do. THANK YOU GUS!!!!

We got a limo for 6 for 4 hours and it worked perfectly. Completely seamless and easy zero stress.
