When they were going to take it for a test drive, the transmission went right in the lot. I was to say the least, very worried about getting my truck fixed and the cost. I immediately called Trannyman and spoke with Mike. He said to bring the truck right down and they will take a look at it. Luckily, I was so able to drive it in forward, I lost the reverse and the drive was starting to hum as well. I got the truck to them just before closing on Monday 12/28. Mike and Lee were very nice and reassuring that it will get fixed and not to worry. They started on the repair Tuesday and I was able to get the truck back on Wednesday at 3. Talk about being fast, I never expected to have my truck back this fast. When I fit there, they showed me all the pasta that are replaced and explained everything to me that was done. I took it for a test ride, and it was like a brand new truck, running quiet and shifting very smoothly. Thank you Mike and Lee for making a major job seem simple and quick. You guys got the job done fast and for a price that was well worth it. Now I hope that I never have to see you again for another repair, just for fluid changes. ...haha! Your work is fabulous!

Exhaust system on my 2006 Escape was noisy and falling apart. My local mechanic said "it's just the…read moreflex pipe, no problem." (that was part of it.) This morning, I went to the shop and found they forgot to order the pipe, game over. That was lucky for me, as I said forget it and started looking for someone who knows exhaust work specifically. Called Bobby at 11A.M., he got me in and job was done in about 70 minutes. Bobby showed me the lousy job done before on this exhaust, and he quickly crafted a solution, including the hanging-low components. Vehicle runs near-silent now, and Bobby's assistant ran a scan on my codes at no charge (usually 100-plus anywhere.) Received sound advice on correcting the codes, which may involve a simple vac hose replacement. Great shop, honest, friendly and zero-nonsense. Engine or exhaust issues, Bobby and his crew know what to do.

His fantastic reputation is absolutely true and my needs were met and exceeded greatly. I called up this morning to make an appointment and immediately got a respectful answer and a time to come in from Bobby himself. When I arrived I was greeted by Bobby and his assistant who were both friendly, respectful and enjoyable to talk to. My car was immediately brought into the bay exactly at the appointment time and I got to meet one of Bobbys employees in the back as well. He instantly got to work on my car and the job was done in a timely fashion but to an extremely high quality. The waiting area has many cool car related models and race inspired products showing that Bobby sees cars in a way that true car guys do. When the job was done he had me come back to personally check the underside of the car to see the work was done correctly and had me start up the car with him to make sure everything was done correctly. Clearly a respectful and honest man of his word who hires only the hardest working, most respectful staff. My car is not worth a million bucks but it was treated with the same level of care as a brand new, worthless vehicle. It looked, smelled and drove exactly as it did when I brought it in but it just sounded a whole lot better. I will absolutely use Bobbys again with my next exhaust needs and I highly recommend them. Good price, fantastic staff and a job well done.
