This is on me because my gut told me to run. They installed the bumper guards which should have taken at most 2 hours according to an auto body shop. Once again, I go to pick up the car and sure enough only one bumper was done. This was a Saturday. I had to wait til Monday to pick up the car. This is when the scam took place. When I initially asked Tony how much it would cost, he said roughly $150 each. I GOT A BILL FOR $600! Total sheister! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP FOR ANY WORK!

We though it was the engine itself, so had a different mechanic check it out & find the loose filter, install a new filter, add in the missing oil & clean up the mess under the hood. When I contacted the manager at Jiffy lube, she told me "there's nothing we can do" as they only had a 90 day warranty on their work, and I was just past that at the point I called. I wasn't expecting compensation for all the trouble, cleanup, fixing of their mistake, but not even a partial refund, or even a credit towards additional work? - let's just say Jiffy Lube has lost mine and my families business for life.

They diagnosed the problem and told us that Subaru extended the warranty on this issue, and we'd be better off going to Subaru to get it fixed for free. No charge to diagnose. Again, no charge in spite of investing some time and effort for which they could have charged something. We're glad we found a mechanic we can trust.
