    I want to start this review by stating that every team member that we interacted with today was friendly and communicative. We took my Mini Cooper convertible in for an exterior wash and Super Kiss interior clean. When purchasing both, the young man who was taking our order indicated that the wait for the interior clean was 40 minutes. No worries. It was early in the afternoon and we had time. Exterior wash was a dream, zipped right through and entered the line for the interior clean. We did end up waiting in line for the interior clean the full 40 minutes before the car was taken in, but we were warned, so no problem. I put the top down on the car so that all parts of the interior were easily accessible. The dissatisfaction began when the car came out of the interior care area. The car had been vacuumed , the mats were clean , however there was visible dust throughout the car and doggy paw prints on the leather seats that could be easily wiped away. We asked the young man who brought the car out to give the side interior panels one more wipe down, as well as the tops of the back seats. He was very responsive and wiped things down for us. Then we got into the car and saw the visible dust throughout the front panel, in the vents, in the center console. It was like the dashboard, center console, and cup holders had not been touched. We asked a very nice young lady to take a look at the interior and between her and us we wiped things down a bit more, but it still was far, far from satisfactory. She DID offer to call over a manager to send us through again, but honestly, at that point we had invested an hour and a half and it was time to go meet our other appointments. I want to be fair and state that it was very, very busy at the carwash today, but a bit more care could have been taken to clean the interior. We will not be visiting this location again.

    After having the QR code on my window registration read by their optical scanner which I feel is not legal, I was high pressured for a wash upgrade. I said no three times after which he warned me that they had new brushes that may damage my vehicle if I stayed with the basic wash choice, I told him that it may be time to warm up my lawyers if my vehicle was damaged due t their car wash. Not being phased by my remark, he then continued to inform me that a warning as such was printed on my receipt. I really don't believe this.     I am going to try to break a very long story into 3 or 4 easy parts. Please read this entire review before taking your car back to Delta Sonic. What Happened: On July 8th of 2019 I took my near new Audi in for an interior and exterior cleaning. When the car was returned to me at the end of the exterior portion, there were severe scratches to the rear passenger fender. I notified the manager, who took a report, filed a "claim" and assured me that they would be able to verify the damage via "a series of high resolution cameras that photograph every car". He advised the claim process would take approximately 5 day. The manager proceeded to take numerous photos of the damage before we left. I also provided the manager a view of the car from us leaving the house capture on our security footage showing the car undamaged prior to the car wash (picture attached). The Claim: I received a claim letter a week later denying my claim because, and I can't make this up, the manager says he feels the equipment was working properly and he doesn't feel it is their fault. Seriously, that was the response (see attached image of the letter). The letter also stated that no other such damage had been reported by any other customer that day, which is also false, as 2 cars before me had reported similar damages at similar locations. The Claim Challenge: The letter said to call if you feel the claim was not handled fairly and to "be assured that Delta Sonic will work hard to resolve all customer problems", so I called. If you ever want to know what being mentally raped, abused as a customer and completed regulated as waste, I highly suggest making this call; you will feel all of that and more. The lady that answered the phone advised me the claim had been denied. I asked her why (other than because the manage didn't feel it could possibly be them) and if the high resolution footage was reviewed. Here comes all of the fun. Again, I cannot make this stuff up. I was advised that the did not review the footage, not would they, as they do not guarantee the footage is available. I protested, of course, and she said, "I can't help you, the claim is denied". I asked why it wasn't properly investigated and she said, "we don't have to do more than we've done". I asked about the evidence I had that the damage wasn't there prior and she said (best one yet), "If you can show the damage wasn't there, have a video recording showing your whole car the whole drive, plus proof the car wash caused it, then I would suggest hiring an attorney or taking us to small claims court". That's right boys and girls, Delta Sonic "will work hard to resolve all customer problems" by telling you they could literally care less and to sue them if you don't like. I asked for a supervisor.. wait for it... the lady actually said she was the supervisor! I said, let me speak to someone else, and she literally said there was not another person to speak to at all of Delta Sonic. I said, I assure you, you don't own the place and there is someone else I can speak with to which I was informed that she indeed was where the buck stopped. Conclusion: I am currently getting my car repaired. Due to the location and nature of the scratches, the repair is almost $2,000. Delta Sonic pathologically lied and manipulated the situation to their benefit. At no point in the process was a single promise held or actual investigation made. The company itself was very vocal and very clear that the customer experience does not matter at all and that they will do anything to hide from responsibility. I may or may not get some or all of the repair money back. I will be filing the small claims court claim as a free attorneys through Hyatt Legal for such matters are part of my employment benefits, so unlike most, I can afford to pursue it. However, regardless of all of that, I would sincerely urge you to stay as far away as possible from this anti-customer, toxic, cancer of a business. Don't take my word for it, read the letter for yourself. And yes, I will be cross posting this everywhere.

    What's the difference between the two interior cleanings: 10 minutes for $16 and 30 minutes for $35. That seems obvious right? But I paid $35 for 15 minutes on Wednesday 3-20.

    I brought my car to Glisson's for an oil change a few weeks ago. Yesterday, I was driving (long…read moredistance) and started smelling burning. I pulled into a gas station and found the oil was basically empty. I was surprised, as the oil change was so recent. I inspect further and find the oil filter has a major gash in the corner ... with oil stains around the gash. I add 2 quarts of oil and watch the filter. Sure enough, a drop of oil starts to form on the gash, eventually dripping. My question is: how could this have happened? The gash was way too big and obvious to not be noticed (on the edge where you grip w your hand). Did they knowingly install an obviously damaged oil filter? If so, why?? One theory (and this is only a guess, but I'm otherwise struggling to hypothesize a reason to give Glisson the benefit of the doubt here) -- I remember when I brought my car to them, I was under the weather, so as a courtesy to make sure I didn't spread whatever I had, I wore an N95 mask. The person at the shop looked at me weird like I was their political nemesis, so I explained that I was wearing it bc I was under the weather and didn't want to infect anyone else, but that didn't seem to change their disposition at all. Again, this is just a guess, but I truly cannot fathom why they would have installed a visibly obviously damaged oil filter on my car. (If someone can provide a valid hypothesis, I will delete this review.) Either way, my engine may have extensive damage due to driving without oil to the point it started burning. Arrggghhh.
