They took the time to explain all of our roofing options, answered every question we had, and helped us choose the solution that best fit our needs rather than trying to upsell us. Their pricing was also one of the lowest quotes we received, making the decision even easier. Everyone we interacted with, from the office staff to the installation crew and project managers, was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The office team was especially responsive, quickly answering our questions and revising estimates whenever we requested changes. One thing that really stood out was their commitment to quality. Before the project was considered complete, a quality control representative walked the entire job with us, carefully inspected the work, and made a few final touch-ups to ensure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. The finished roof exceeded our expectations, and it's clear they take great pride in their workmanship and business. Henry was available within 24 hours so we made an appointment. He arrived when he promised and did a great job. I actually messed up - I thought I had enough shingles on hand, but I didn't. Henry simply said, "no worries" and ran off to get some. When he finished, he asked for less than his estimate (which I refused. A deal's a deal and he deserved the full amount). I recommend Gómez Diaz Roofing with no hesitation. Now he tells me my solar system is gonna cost me around $7000 more. I waited 4 months for this nonsense. I have pics of messages 1to8. Be aware and do your research, if you have ac running , 2 batteries is good for a couple hours only after dark. I have solar and 2 powerwall before so I know. In the daytime the panels are good to power your house and fully charge the 2 powerwall with good sun light. Nighttime powerwall takes over only for a couple hours with my ac set at 78 degree in Modesto ca. when battery is drain I'm back using power from the grid. So I have to pay for solar system and to the electric company. Winter is better but doesn't have good sunlight so Battery doesn't get fully charged. Winter consume less electricity but consume more gas from heater. I try to talk myself out of getting solar but They keep raising electricity or else I wouldn't need solar. Solar and battery degrade over time and warranty only cover if it's broken so down the line when your system is not producing enough power but still working they not fixing it. Thats to what I understand . I guess you're stuck and out of luck. I got nothing against Tim he's a good guy but I'm just upset about how he went back on his words
