The agreement stated that pruning and trimming would be performed as needed, but branches were allowed to hang over the driveway and into the street, creating difficulties for garbage pickup and general access. Ornamental plants were also allowed to spread beyond their designated growing areas and encroach on the sidewalk. In addition, one plant was removed, but the stump was left behind rather than being fully extracted. While some basic work was completed, there were concerns regarding communication and adherence to the maintenance standards outlined in the agreement. Based on this experience, I would not choose to rehire this company

I received a phone call around the end of August quoting me a price of roughly $270 to clean my dress and veil, which I confirmed was fine. My dress had 5 layers, so I had already figured it would cost a bit because of the time needed to clean. At that point, I thought, they are confirming the price, they are going to start cleaning it. I called again in mid-September and was told they off source their wedding dresses and the lady who cleans them had been sick so there was a delay. Called again in October and was told it still wasn't done and they needed to contact the lady who cleans them to figure out what was going on. They stated it could be taking longer if there were stains that needed to be deep cleaned - mind you, there were no stains on my dress, just dirt and bugs from an outside wedding. At that point, I was in a panic that perhaps my dress and veil had been lost. I asked them to just get the dress back, I would pick it up and take it elsewhere as they have had it for 3 months already. When they called me back, they stated she hadn't gotten to it yet, but they could start that day and have it done and return it to me by the next Monday, and they would give me a discount (kudos to them for offering that). I declined and said I would just like to come and get it and take it elsewhere. A few days later, I received a phone call saying that my dress and veil had been returned to the store and I could come and pick it up. When I got there, I opened the garment bags to check for any damage. I was then told by the associate that the lady who cleans them said, she just couldn't clean my dress. This business does nothing but lie to you. Why would you quote me a price and keep my items for 3 months, if you weren't able to clean it. The first time you looked at my items, you should have determined then that you couldn't clean it and asked me to take it elsewhere. Nothing but lies and unprofessionalism!

The front office manager is a pleasant lady who was helpful in answering questions and checking additional units to see what was available (larger than 5x5) when I thought we needed more space. The only downside is there is no online presence/website so I had to call each month and either wait for a call back or talk with the manager and give my card over the phone. Additionally, deposited are returned via physical check versus direct deposit. It's very old school system so please be patient.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!…read more I reserved a storage unit at a set price, but on move-in day--when everything was already packed and ready to go--they suddenly told me the unit I booked was "not available." Instead, they offered a more expensive unit. The manager, Rylee Olaughlin, called it "dynamic pricing" and compared it to hotel rates. The difference is: hotels usually honor your reservation price. This place does not. What makes it worse is the timing. They wait until you're fully committed and in a vulnerable position--especially if you're leaving WSU--then force you into a higher-priced option because you don't have much choice. I understand that storage units often charge from the reservation date, not move-in date--that's not the issue. The issue is not honoring the reserved unit and price. Be very careful with this place, especially on move-in day. I highly recommend looking into local business than company under WEST COAST SELF STORAGE. Eventually found a storage that doesn't inflate their prices and take advantage of student.
