my experience here was so alarming i was forced to file a grievance with the WA Attorney General. Then i posted a review on yelp, and within 15 minutes i get a call from the district manager "why are you leaving negative reviews?" oh but when i first complained about them keeping $41 i never heard a word. Then my yelp review was removed. This company is unscrupulous, and i will be leaving many more reviews attesting that not only do they take money they ask complete strangers to upload your id on their phone. The manager left a long response to my first yelp review completely discounting my pain. i will continue warning others do not use this company read all reviews then call other units who are straight forward without tricks. Added to expose their lies Look he came to fight not clear up the issue. I paid $150 that day I received a check for $109.68. They owe me $$$$ yet in writing they claim they paid me off in fact claim to have exceeded what they owe see what snakes these guys are! read more

Two months ago they were great when Mike was there. In today's economy he knew it was easy to become late on your payment. Their new manager Rylie sold our belongings at auction. I was there before my two months were up and she refused my $600 payment. Instead my stuff was auctioned for $58. That's some great business skills. Let's see, we will turn down $600 even though these customers had been here over 4 years and always managed to pay the bill. We will take $58 instead, that will teach them a lesson. So C and S LOST $442 to do what. Alienate a long term resident that promises to bad mouth their dumpy business at every opportunity. They are theives and liars and when their parent corporation gets the letters my attorney is drafting hopefully they will be out of a job. This goes for their regional manager in Lewiston. She lies like they do and she will be named in the lawsuit. Stay tuned folks, things are just beginning. And whatever you do, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. After renting for four years they are saying our unit has been sold When we went to pay the amount due. We received no letter of pre-lien, lien or auction. A letter dated January 2025 was received in June 2025. We were prepared to pay in full and remove contents by end of month but they refused to accept payment. Would not return calls until three days later and then said it had been sold. There is a lock on the unit, they removed our lock. They are required to give any money over amount owed back to us along with our personal papers and photos. They have not attempted to explain any of this. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! NEW MANAGEMENT ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY. read more

I originally started renting here because they offered a really good price. About 3 months after renting they DOUBLED my unit rent. The only solution I was offered was moving to a bigger and more expensive unit. When I came to move my things out I found that there was rodent poop on some of my things and all around the ground. The facility is not gated either so it would be incredibly easy for theft to happen. My new unit is cheaper, allowed me to lock in the price, has a gate, to the facility, is indoors, is INCREDIBLY clean (no mouse poop everywhere!) and has amazing customer service.
