I'll post more since my husband also communicated with her. As of today, she has responded to my review and non of our texts requesting for a refund for her failure to keep her end of our agreement. Lisa, these aren't feelings they're facts. Facts that prove your unprofessionalism to take accountability for your actions that created unsatisfied experience for a customers. She asked me to pay upfront for all 3 classes including the travel fees. Even though, she was insisting, I said I was willing to pay for 1 class first and go from there. She agreed to it. She said her cashapp is having issues but asked me to send it to her son's Zelle account. I did hesitate it at the beginning but thought who would want to risk their business to scam someone for one class fee. Well I guess, someone like Lisa would. I decided to pay and book her. I sent her son the money as requested. I even sent her $1 first to test if its the right account and sent her the rest. On the day of the lesson, I texted her to confirm and then she said you have to pay in full to book her. I said I paid in full for 1 class so why not do that class first. I provided my phone number to her for future communication but she still was sending me messages via her website which I don't get notifications for, so I missed the message she sent asking me for full payment. On the day of the class, when it was clear to me that she won't be coming anymore, I asked her to refund and she agreed to it. However, it's been over 3 weeks and no refund and she won't answer my calls nor text. Her son's Zelle account is also disconnected. SO BEWARE and STAY AWAY! I have screenshots of her text messages saying she will refund and me following up multiple times.

The instructors are all just youngsters that seem to care less about how to actually teach a child to swim, than to just hang around snd talk to each other during an already short class. My son won't even jump in the pool, or be loose on his own for more than 5 seconds. That's after 7 months. I stated my concerns to both instructors he had lessons with and the manager. No ribbons, not even the face in the water one, no motivation, no progress, and no bother even caring when we said we were just going to quit the school. She starts every lesson time and gives my daughter focused attention during the whole lesson. Her online scheduling was easy, quick, and clear, accommodating my hectic summer schedule. The price honestly took me back. More than any other swim teachers I've done with my others kids. As I think of my 2 other kids swim lessons, they spent much of the lesson trying to convince them to get into the cold pool, and managing their shivers. Cyndie HEATS her pool. (And as a PG and E customer and pool owner, I KNOW this is not cheap $$$) What I also know is, warm water equals quicker learning and more success. They claim that they will design specialized instructions for all kids, but they do not. We have only been to 8 classes the past 1.5 months, they terminated my kid's lessons due to safety reasons with no prior warnings what-so-ever. They said he runs around the pool (this has improved), he jumps on chairs (well, he stims, as many other ASD kiddies do) which I correct him every time and keep close eye on him at all times, he runs in the parking lot, this happened one time, and I watch him as he runs to the waiting area and there is no moving cars around. During the last class, in last 5 minutes, he was just done and wanted to get out, out of frustration he smacked her (instructor) in the face and head butted her. I was horrified because this is truly out of character and I apologized to her, she responded "it's not my first rodeo.' I was completely caught off guard when the owner called me to terminate our lessons with no prior warnings or if he does this again, we will have to terminate 2 days before the next lesson. I know autistic kiddos can be difficult at times, but don't preach what you don't practice. They could have told me that the head butting cannot happen again and I would 100% understand because I agree, this cannot happen again. I do not appreciate the lack of communication here. While my child did not behave perfectly, it would be nice to get a warning which you did once regarding running around the pool that I have corrected since the conversation. This is NOT how you do business. I highly against recommending enrolling your kids there - it is unprofessional and rude and I am deeply offended by their action.
