They stated that they do not allow parents around the pool during their child's swim lessons until the very last lesson, but let me know there is a viewing area where I would be able to watch. I went down in person and again had a great experience with their staff, but was very disappointed to find that the "viewing area" was actually located outside and you could only see your child through a window which was tinted. So unless you stuck your face directly up against the glass you weren't able to see anything. I was very uncomfortable with this and decided this was not the place for us. I'm sure they have very well trained staff, but we all know accidents happen. For this reason I chose to take my business elsewhere.

They are condescending and disrespectful trying to make an excuse as to why they will not honor their own fill card. I will never do business here ever again. Prices are high, they don't acknowledge their own fill cards, The place is just a disaster and getting worse. Another business owner not listening to customers and listening to lies by the incompetent staff. This company doesn't have my cell phone number, but do have my last name. She found that, no problem. Not sure what story they told the owner, but it was not truthful. $35.00 for a tank visual inspection is the highest in the Bay Area. We'll go to Pleasanton for $25 with a free air fill. Nothing is free.

Coach Zador put them in the deep in and had them tread water for as long as they could - they lasted less than 3 min. By the end of their second training session, not only could they now tread water, but they could swim from one end of the pool to the other without grabbing the wall. They were so excited about their new skills and came back to my pool practicing their new skills. I can't tell you what a relief it is to know they will be able to survive in an emergency. We still have two more lessons, but already the difference is amazing! If you need your kids to learn to swim, this is definitely the place to go! Even during COVID, it felt overwhelming, and progress was slow. Then we switched to ASA Livermore, where, unfortunately, a teacher once pushed him into the pool despite his discomfort with water in his eyes. That experience really set him back, and we paused swimming altogether in 2023. Fast forward to 2025, we gave All Star a try. It's only been 1.5 months, and the transformation is incredible. Not only does he love the water, but he looks forward to every class. He's already jumping in, kicking, floating, and taking risk, all in just 15-minute sessions! It's definitely pricey, but the progress has made it absolutely worth it. Camille has also been wonderful... so warm, accommodating, and great with kids. The whole environment here feels positive and welcoming. We're really grateful we made the switch.

Coach Josh has been such an amazing teacher for my little beginner swimmer David! He works at his…read morepace and makes sure to keep it fun so my toddler doesn't lose interest or throw a fit. He absolutely loves swimming and I love seeing him progress to be an independent swimmer one day. Today he said "I like coach!"
