    First let me say I am impressed with the cleanliness of this plane and the roomy seats. I am in the Sky preferred section, behind first class. This flight was reasonably priced especially since it was purchased just 2 weeks ago. Now for their customer service-Delta Airlines provided great customer service. I had to change the location of where I was departing and they graciously waived my change fees and only charged me the difference of what the flight would have originally cost when it was purchased. Granted this was due to a family emergency but they didn't have to do this and I believe when people go above and beyond they should get recognition! Good job Delta Airlines!

The combination of United Airlines, Austrian Airlines and Lufthansa was promising. Believe me, I made a good decision. My last flight to Europe and back home was extremely smooth and pleasant. Most importantly, the service I experienced was truly professional. Even being just an economy passenger, I felt safe and well taken care of. The United B787-10 Dreamliner was a smooth overseas flight. I enjoyed a complimentary horrible red wine and my choice of chicken meal. The butter chicken from Rajbhog Food was actually very good. I also watched the first of three films, "The Equalizer" with Denzel Washington. This was a time when none of my streaming media had this movie, and I had already seen the rest of the trilogy. Fun! On the way back, my connection from Chicago to Buffalo was on United Express. The window I was sitting at had a cracked frame. That's probably why the screen was blocked. Luckily I arrived home safely and on time.

It used to be that in First Class you would get a certain amount of pampering and respect from the flight attendant along with some special amenities. Boy is that not true anymore. On the first leg, the flight attendants were not friendly at all. I ordered a Bloody Mary but they didn't have the right mixer. I had to drink it with discusting flavorlee tomato juice, YUCK. Then they informed all of the First Class passengers that they had NO SNACKS to offer us. The second leg was just as bad. Again the flight attendants were not only unfriendly but screwed up my PRE-ORDERED meal. They apparently only had one with my name on it and they just gave it to another passenger. I purposely ordered it whay before the flight. Why do they even bother having PRE-ORDER if they don't even give it to the First Class passenger that orders it. Our return flights were just as bad. When it game time for our PRE-ORDERED meals, I felt it necessary to tell the flight attendant to not give my meal to someone else. A lot of good that did, i suddenly overheard the incompetent flight attendant offering my wifes PRE-ORDERED meal to someone else. I immediately told them to stop trying to give away my wife's PRE-ORDERED meal. He gave me a nasty look and bad service the rest of the 4 hour flight. We could have paid half the price for Economy Plus, with extra legroom and bought McDonald's before we boarded the flights. If you have a choice, don't fly United Airlines. As a final note, the best part of the flights was the coffee in the airport.

We finally board on the plane twenty minutes in the pilot comes on and apologies "apparently the problem wasn't fixed "so not only were we DELAYED but they did not get us a new plane and the air conditioner broke 20 minutes in on a four hour flight. You don't think you need air conditioning on a plane, but you do I got so hot and nauseous it was awful. No apologizes from anyone During the flight the pilot comes over and says UNFORTUNATELY we cannot stop at our flight due to the customs at North. Carolina closes at 9 and we were late so we were now flying into Miami Florida ?? Okay whatever they said we would get off the plane go through customs and then get right back on ... we had already missed out connecting flight home so whatever. We're siting in Miami ... they tell us we're boarding at midnight , then 1230, then 120, then 230... finally 3 AM they cancel our flight fully and say they don't have a pilot I go to walk over to their customer service to say like hey we are not going to miss our morning flight .. you know what these workers did .. LAUGH. No apologies .. nothing .. they were some of the rudest people I had EVER met. Okay so now at 4 am they are handing out food vouchers that expire in 2 hours .:: nothing in the airport is open and they are saying now the flight will leave at 5... Delayed again .. so we not miss our SECOND connecting flight. I finally call American Airlines because the workers at MIAMI are so rude and that woman on the phone was the only nice person and she got us the last two seats on a flight home to get there at 11 am. Thankfully we finally made it , but we reached out to American Airlines ... no apology .. no credit .. nothing. I refuse to fly with them ever again. It was by far the worst experience.

    Went to AA's BUF baggage office asking for instructions to deliver delayed baggage. AA agent in…read moreuniform yelled at me and tell me to google it myself. After setting up delivery with online chat agent, baggage was never delivered. On the day before going home, I reached out to AA chat assistance again. The delivery was arranged with FedEx, chat agent asked me to call FedEx myself to handle delivery. FedEx confirmed shipping label was created days ago, but pickup was never arranged. In the end, I had to return to BUF baggage office to retrieve baggage myself with FedEx shipping label still on the luggage.

When we arrived there was no Jet Blue check-in open, we found out it opens at 7pm so we had to wait downstairs. When we did find a place to sit there were people there waiting since noon for our flight. Now it's 6:50pm and people start lining up to check-in, it was 7:15 when the windows finally opened. Needless to say not one happy person in line. We flew to JFK and the check-in didn't go any smoother. The flight was delayed. We later found out they had to re-set a computer and it was taking longer than expected. We were all checked-in and standing in the jetway to board. The only reason for the 2 stars is the flight attendant on both flights, all very welcoming and pleasant.

JetBlue is no exception. I was lucky as my flight from Fort Lauderdale to Buffalo was nonstop, but the plane was an hour late in taking off. Then on my return flight back to Fort Lauderdale, nearly 3 hours late for takeoff. Worse, on both trips I was cramped in next to crying, squawking children and their don't give a darn mothers. It was just terrible. It was so bad, I had to take issue with it. Finally, the airstaff realized the problem and I was moved to another seat on both trips. For food, also terrible. I would suggest you might want to go to your dentist to have your teeth sharpened so you can open those silly travel packets. But all domestic carriers are just as bad, so I can't just single JetBlue out for a single Yelp star. I'll give it to the others too.

On returned trip out of Niagara, after we had waited in line to check our main bag and proceeded towards security, we were told that one of our backpacks would have to go into the overhead bin even though it had been a free carry on because all of a sudden " it's too big" We had to return to the baggage checking line which was now about 50 people deep and pay $75 to put a bag above my head. My daughter had the same exact pack pack she put under her seat. They told us "Florida should never have let us do that" put our backpack under the seat. This Niagara Falls airport did this to at least 10 people. What a rip off and awful experience. They nickel and dime you for every thing you add on until the flight is way more than other airlines then gig you right before you board the plane so you have no choice at that point but to pay up! I could have flown Southwest for a lot cheaper after adding up all the extra fees and got a free beverage and snack! It ruined our great weekend at Niagara. The airport had no places to get food and only had Allegiant flights flying into it. Avoid stay away at all costs Rudest staff ever at this airport. Flight attendants were great, they were based out of Florida.

    My wife and I had a recent trip to Niagra Falls and we used a Touch of Class for our ride from the…read moreairport to the Hotel. I emailed them to get a quote and it came back very quickly. John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you all for helping make this great, and for anyone reading this review please know that A Touch of Class will take care of you.
