The facility does seem a bit older, and it is a tad strange getting prepped for surgery with tons of other people, just separated by curtains, but this was my first time having this common procedure. All in all it was simple and painless. Even leaving, they have everything so well organized, down to a T. I would definitely return here again for my next one. As a first timer, I did find their prep info confusing. The very specific instructions said I would receive a call within a very specific time frame- 2 days before- and this call never came. I called the number on the flyer. It was a saturday, so they were closed, but the message assured me that their voicemail is checked twice a day. However, no one ever returned my call.

The office is beautiful and immaculate. The waiting room is spacious with a handful of stunning aquariums, including a large built-in aquarium that divides the room into two seating areas. I was familiar with Dr. Lauren Feingold in past years when being on private, long-term insurance…read morewas a luxury. Then, the affordable Marketplace insurance took over and it was difficult, suffice it to say, to "keep" the doctors you once had an established repor with. Luckily, with this 2020 insurance plan from The Marketplace, I was able to reconnect with Dr. Feingold once again to obtain my gynocological appointment with necessary annual screening(s) to be performed and covered by insurance. One important fact discovered through MY particular insurance company (Please check directly with your own insurance company), is they waived ALL referrals and co-pays until Dec.31st due to Covid-19. This was an unexpected and very considerate thing to do which greatly helped me, in particular during this very serious time. Meanwhile, Dr. Lauren Feingold is with Women's Health Partners and has two offices. I have always been going in the past to the Boca Raton location which is in the newly updated buildings and area of S.W. 18th Street, but I opted to try out their Boynton Beach location off of Boynton Beach Boulevard near Hagen Ranch Road. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to navigate to this office building that had ample parking as well. (No driving around aimlessly to find a spot, hope someone is leaving when you arrive or all the way in the back where you're forced to "take a hiking trip" to finally arrive looking like a hot, sweaty mess at your appointment! Admit it; it's happened to YOU countless times.) The staff was so polite and efficient with being protective with regards to Covid-19 protocols; i.e., Must have mask before entering the open area waiting room, seats were sequestered so that the few waiting for their respective appointments were the appropriate distance apart. It was great to reconnect with Dr. Lauren Feingold again and to be remembered so many years later. I really was impressed with the Boynton Beach office and, the staff were warm, understanding, polite and professional in all regards. Dr. Feingold went above and beyond professionalism by calling me on a weekend to discuss some test results she had received. I highly recommend Women's Health Partners, the Doctors and the staff.

Love all the midwives and doctors, especially Dr feingold, who is a true scientist and knows what she's doing. Doesn't walk in dripping in jewelry and makeup, just a doctor who jokes about how she is pretty much always at the hospital, even when she's not working, which is awesome. Laurie gibbons is my favorite person ever, such a dedicated healthcare provider. HOWEVER, ZERO stars for the male doctors, Newman and arcelin. Dr. Newman, is your typical condescending, disrespectful male Dr with zero bedside manner, and he actually made a mistake on my son's circumcision. How the fuck do you mess that up? It has become a huge stressor for my husband and I amidst having a newborn. We now have to take him to a pediatric urologist and subject this newborn baby to more unnecessary pain and medical treatment. I cannot believe what an unprofessional asshole Newman is. He's lucky to have his practice run by female doctors who take their jobs seriously and are committed to providing actual medical care and not just treating everyone like they're insignificant and essentially mutilating newborns.
