I got to the office and the nurse took some X-rays of my foot and immediately (I'm no dr) I knew it was broken :/ Dr Hartstein confirmed it and said we need to operate ASAP that foot... I was like wait wait ummm can we just get a cast... lol and it seems that my bone was broken in 4 pieces and needed screws also. Everything happened so fast that that same day I had a surgery appointment at JFK North for the following week. His surgery coordinator was communicating with me the whole time to make sure we got everything prior to the surgery. The day of surgery he explained the process again and what he was going to do. After the surgery was done Dr. Hartstein called to make sure I was ok and answer any questions for my recovery. I am thankful for the whole staff that made this process "easy" I definitely recommend this practice for any foot related issues.

I haven't experienced a doctor's office where everyone was this warm, caring, and attentive.
