When one asked for my license and ins card she said we don't take this. I said the woman I spoke to yesterday said you did I asked 2x , the other girl said Oh, that was me I must have made a mistake. Well, I am in pain and a mistake is not what I want to hear right now when I know I was specific. I work in the medical field as well so I know the importance of making sure I see a participating provider. I was told I can "JUST PAY" That was not the answer I needed. She then made a face at me and asked if I wanted to speak w/ the office manager.. sure I said... Well HELLO it's me Sara.. lol Really. If this is who they wish to represent them well I am glad I left. She is a not cut out for any position in healthcare. As soon as I got back to FL I google a foot dr cause I needed to be seen asap! I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Alan Hartstein at Palm Beach Foot & Ankle and I am so glad it did. I got to the office and the nurse took some X-rays of my foot and immediately (I'm no dr) I knew it was broken :/ Dr Hartstein confirmed it and said we need to operate ASAP that foot... I was like wait wait ummm can we just get a cast... lol and it seems that my bone was broken in 4 pieces and needed screws also. Everything happened so fast that that same day I had a surgery appointment at JFK North for the following week. His surgery coordinator was communicating with me the whole time to make sure we got everything prior to the surgery. The day of surgery he explained the process again and what he was going to do. After the surgery was done Dr. Hartstein called to make sure I was ok and answer any questions for my recovery. I am thankful for the whole staff that made this process "easy" I definitely recommend this practice for any foot related issues.

From the moment I walked in, the entire staff--from the front desk to checkout--was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and always smiling. It was truly heartwarming. I haven't experienced a doctor's office where everyone was this warm, caring, and attentive.
