It did nothing to protect my driveway. It's a mess! I am not sure what type of coating was put on , but I paid for Sealant Pro. They were no help at all in solving the problem and would not take any responsibility and did not respond when I asked for a referral for concrete engineer to determine whether the failure was on their part or on the part of the concrete company that did the installation. First, they said it was caused by the salt, then they switched to saying the concrete was bad.

As for the paperwork, each document is fact including your failed footer inspection you claimed didn't happen. This particular document was taken from the Sussex County website. The condominium management had told me I needed to have the entire window replaced at about $2,000. Trippi did the work on the outside for about $200 and saved me a lot of time, aggravation, and money. On that day that he gave me the estimate, he also helped me with my refrigerator icemaker, and just waved me away when I offered to pay. Just a month ago, I called again to have an outside light replaced. Ken came and quickly and competently did the work within an hour. At the Beach has been very easy to work with, with competent employees, and reasonable prices.

I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company. I just spent a year trying to get a small…read morekitchen completed. Everything they did was substandard. The design was wrong -- measurements were off. The installation was wrong and never corrected. They ordered the wrong cabinets and I had to wait for new cabinets to come in while others sat in my kitchen floor for almost a year. There was a lot of turnover -- my designer was either fired or quit before the job started. No one bothered to tell me that. No one stepped up to oversee and really monitor the job. I had to continually stay after them to make progress. At one point, I had to actually dispute the credit card payment I made to them to get them to even respond. They tried to blame poor work on subs (which they subcontracted) and on material delays -- which were worsened by the fact they ordered incorrectly to begin with. The only thing I can say they were on top of was charging my credit card the minute they could. I cannot recommend doing business with this company. If you feel compelled, do NOT sign their standard contract or agree to their standard contract terms. Make sure you withhold a meaningful amount of money until they have completed a substantial amount of the installation. Their current terms reflect about 90% of the entire payment the day the materials arrive. Once you make that payment, you have 0 leverage to get them to complete the work and insure some degree of professional workmanship. Others may have had a good experience with the company. It's possible that my job was the one that got away. But the measure of a company's integrity is not whether they ever have a mistake or an issue BUT how they deal with it when they do. I give them 0 stars for accountability and integrity.
