The four vs five stars I'm giving is only due to not being completely satisfied with a few returned items and a lost sock. The four stars vs less is due to the outstanding customer service received all the way through. When reaching out to them about my lack of 100% satisfaction, they did not get defensive. Instead, they apologised and went straight to troubleshooting. Lest someone read this and decide to dishonestly take advantage of their kindness. I won't go into the steps they took to remediate. Suffice to say, they went above and beyond and were patient, kind, and helpful all along the way. I believe I have finally found my go-to laundry service company!

There is ample parking out front, plenty of space inside to wait around or fold clothes, and a couple vending machines to satisfy your appetite. My favorite part is that all the machines are high quality and take credit card. It's so nice to not have to hoard cash for trips here, just swipe and go! There are also plenty of machines, so I've never had a problem with availability. Both the left and right walls are completely filled with dryers, so there are always plenty of empties to choose from. While there isn't a ton of stuff to do in the immediate area, I have been able to pop over to a neighboring Vietnamese restaurant for dinner while waiting. There's also a gas station across the street. Overall, I like coming here and feel like my clothes get well-cleaned every time!

The guy that's in charge is very nice, friendly and helpful. He's usually keeping an eye on who's coming in that might need help bringing in their clothes. I always see him cleaning the machines or sweeping/moping. The machines range in price depending on the loads. The smallest start at 2.75 and the biggest washers go for 8 dollars. The dryers are pretty cheap too; .25 cents for 15 min. They sell detergent, softener and laundry bags if you need them. They have vending machines so you can get yourself a snack as you wait for your clothes. They even have free wifi!! Can't beat that! Lol. They're in the middle of adding some sort of small food court so they will start selling food. So that should tell you this place isn't as bad as people say.. They are following COVID protocols and are enforcing that you wear a mask and they supply soap and paper towels so you can wash your hands as often as you like. As for the hours, they have changed because of COVID but from my understanding they're open until 7 or 8 p.m. This place over all is good. So if you do live in the area, give them a chance. :)
