After comparing our options, we kept coming back to Acassa because of their outstanding reviews, competitive pricing, and the professionalism demonstrated by Bill, Tina, and the entire team from the very beginning. Needless to say, we hired Acassa for a complete kitchen renovation, and they delivered an incredible result. The team arrived early each day, kept the worksite impeccably clean, and consistently provided valuable suggestions to enhance our original design. A special thank you to Tina for her exceptional design insight and creativity throughout the project. We were so impressed with their professionalism and craftsmanship that we continued working with them on additional projects throughout our home, including replacing all of our baseboards and completely rebuilding our fireplace with a state of the art electric fireplace, new façade, and custom mantel. If you are considering a home renovation, or even building a home from the ground up, Bill and his team can handle projects of any size or complexity with excellence and attention to detail. Thank you again to Bill, Tina, Caesar, and the entire Acassa team for an outstanding experience. Costello Family

There are not enough words to say how happy I am with Ronald and McCafferty Home Services. I am new…read moreto the Florida area and my husband and I recently bought a home, so I called about 10-12 different companies to vet them about everything from painting (interior and exterior of our new home), to electrical work, to something more simple such as power washing. The reason why I picked Ronald was because out of the companies that I called he was one of one that actually answered and responded to my calls and texts (DIRECTLY) within five minutes. Every other company was sending me to a third-party where I would have to explain over and over again to the workers what I wanted/needed. (Most of which unfortunately didn't speak English). Usually, I pick someone with reviews on yelp, however, the companies I called with over 10 reviews almost always sent my call to a third-party and or did not reply right away. I am so extremely happy that I went with my judgment on McCafferty home services. In addition, when Ron did not provide a service, he would either refer me to someone that did, or tell me the honest truth and to do some of my own vetting (example: movers/landscaping). MEANING, he did not send people my way unless he could vouch for them, and this meant a lot to me. At the end of the day, I am so incredibly happy with the craftsmanship, the timeline, and the kind demeanor of him and his team. Also, he sent pictures and videos every step of the way, which was so thoughtful and great for us, some thing he did not have to do. We can't wait to have him install our LED mirrors, paint the outside of our house, and see him once in a while to power wash our front and back yard. This may have been a pretty long review, but to be honest, I did not know how to sum it up and a short version. I highly recommend anyone to use McCafferty Home Services and look forward to hiring them again. Thank you! Sincerely, Laureta (Elle) Cami

Throughout the project, the Salbo team managed the permitting process, city approvals, and coordination of the work while keeping the project aligned with our budget. We also expanded the scope to include the pool enclosure/screening and paving around the pool, and they handled everything professionally from beginning to end. We are extremely happy with the final result and with the quality of their work and service. In our case, they were unable to obtain the permits and every time an inspector came, the work always required corrections, and they never managed to secure the final approvals. Naturally, we turned to a lawyer, who discovered that they inflate invoices and don't fully pay subcontractors, while still demanding full payment from us. The most outrageous thing is that they asked us to pay for the kitchen cabinets, which we did, but the cabinets were NEVER ordered! This company worked for us with the sole intention of starting our project and NEVER completing it. With excuses about permits and other shady reasons, they think they can drag things on indefinitely. But this will no longer be the case, because we are ready to take full legal action. For those who, like us, have had the misfortune of dealing with Salbo Construction, I urge you to contact us and join our effort to put an end to this disgraceful practice carried out by Salbo Construction Inc. If you agree, write to me at my email address and I will contact you immediately so that we can join forces: info@enricocortesano.com. We have also filed a complaint against Salbo Construction with the DBPR (Department of Business and Professional Regulation) so that their license will be suspended. We will also file a police report. Furthermore, for those who, like us, came across Salbo Construction Inc. through the pool company Latham, be warned: despite our repeated reports, they continue to promote Salbo Construction Inc. as an installer, washing their hands by claiming to have no relationship with them, and yet they still recommend them as a pool installer on their behalf even today! Needless to say, they weren't even able to get an inspector's visit to test the water pressure in the pipes or to obtain the permit.
