Simple process, cash only, plenty of space, and well ventilation. Cashier is friendly, and prices are fair.

We've been coming here for 8+ years . The family is very kind and this place is very clean, great prices much cheaper than getting water delivery services and is very convenient. Keep in mind this is an all cash only business, so please do not show up expecting to pay with your card. read more

They have a cash only sign at the register. Which is not visible when you are walking in or filling up your water. I am all for supporting small businesses, but if I have to pay taxes on the cash that I'm giving you. Your small business needs to be reporting income & paying taxes properly. You should allow for cards. You don't get to come to America, and open a small business for profit....and then take advantage of the citizens here that are actually paying taxes. And I say this as a hard working mixed woman with immigrant family members. You are trying to steal from the system and intern you're actually stealing from the very people purchasing from your shop. How whack is that read more

The owner is so nice. She explained to me their filtration process and helped me get set up with reusable bottles and showed me how to use everything etc. They also sell ice cream if you're trying to get crazy. read more

This rating is solely based on my first experience. Sometimes that's all you need. I asked for alkaline water, but I tasted regular water. the tap was labeled, but not worth their asking price. (I have had lots of alkaline and know the difference ) She was too proud to accept the fact that my bottle wasn't a gallon And charged me full. It's not that she charged me, it was the fact that she gave me so much attitude for 50¢ Anyways, I paid the money. Never going g back there while she works. Save your money and get regular water from here. Bottom line, I felt disrespected. read more

I've been coming here for over two years. It's the same routine, always the same Asian lady. I filled up my three 5 gallons, paid and went to load up my car. The lady follows me to my car, staring at me. She finally comes closer and asks if I paid. I'm shocked that she's even asking me when she the one who rang me up. I gave her $5 she gave me 50 cents back. I'm confused as if she didn't remember charging me 4.50 and then giving me back my change. I ask her if she's serious and if she doesn't recall giving me 50 cents she says no. I'm started to get annoyed. I ask her to check her cameras, she said she doesn't have any. Now I'm getting frustrated. I go back into the store to show her the register still says 4.50 on it. She mutters something and I'm just shaking my head. She goes off to fix a water machine and ignores my response telling her to look at the register. First of all get cameras whoever runs this place, second give your customers receipts if your memory is so bad & you're going to be harassing people to their car. read more

I had bad experience here few years ago in this water store, but saw the lady's husband had some health issue and she is open the store during the Covid time, so I came back. The lady never smile, never greeting the customers, but it is fine for me, people have different life and different attitude. Few days ago, I went there to refill water bottles, but somehow spill some water on two of 1 gallon water bottles, the lady and her husband start to yell at me very loudly. I was shocked. Do not want to go back there again! Do not want to deal with people with negative attitude. read more

The water was good, but the lady was very rude! Just because I spilled some water. She started yelling at me and speaks his languages. I'll never came back there!! read more

They have one of the best customer service that I have encountered. I have been a customer for about a year now, and there wasn't a single time that they weren't friendly. The lady is especially sweet and nice. When i first came to the store, i had many questions and they were very understanding and patient to answer them. They are very hardworking and reliable. The store is open everyday of the week and always open promptly at 9:30 am, sometimes bit earlier. They also keep the store very clean and safe. For instance, when there is even a tiny spill, they are prompt to mop it up, so that none of their customers hurt themselves. I try to take a good care of myself and am very interested in keeping myself healthy, so I was excited to find out that they recently started to sell alkaline water. I get an additional bottle of alkaline water for my parents as well, since I care about their health too. I appreciate how updated the store is. They also have a machine to rinse the bottles fast and effectively before I fill them with water. Lastly aside from water-related products, it's amazing how much more this store carries. They sell shirts, hats, bamboo plants, dog collars, earrings, and my favorite, ICE CREAM. Those $1 ice creams are refreshing, but my favorite is the cotton candy ice cream scoop. Haha i was too busy to shop during the week to get something for mother's day, but everything turned out fine last minute since I got the bamboo plant for my mom and she loved it! Oh and I forgot to mention that they also have copying and faxing service that I sometimes use for school. If you just moved around here, looking for a new water store, or are in search of drinking alkaline water, I definitely recommend this place. And if you know anyone who only speaks Korean or Spanish, I encourage you to recommend this place because the owners speak Korean and Spanish fluently. Haha i didnt expect the review to turn out this long, but i hope it was helpful. And thank you to the owners for keeping me hydrated and healthy. read more

Clean and friendly service with a good atmosphere. Have been getting my drinking water from here for over a decade!

Such a great family owned store. Went my first time a couple weeks ago and loved the taste of the water that I came back. I would totally recommend this place to other people. An added plus is they also sell ice cream! read more

This business is in serious need of customer service training. I would not recommend asking questions about your purchase at this place. If you ask them questions about anything, they will yell at you really loudly and become very aggressive and even insult you. Why is it so difficult to understand, that sometimes a polite explanation of policy with simple courtesy can work wonders. read more

Very friendly family business. They told me they recently opened a Yelp and of course I was more than happy to leave a review. I've been getting water here for a couple years now and they're always very helpful and friendly. Beware though, it's hard to leave the place without splurging on ice cream. Or maybe it's just me. read more
