The store is always clean and always well kept. Location: it's located in the same parking lot as Superior Supermarket. Parking: free, plenty in the front and back. We usually park in the back so it's less traffick going in and out and easier to load the water bottles. DO NOT DRINK TAP WATER! Go to a water store if you don't have water filter at home. It's also cheaper than buying water bottles. Only $0.35 (cents)/gallon for regular filtered drinking water and $1.50/gallon for Alkaline.

In all, having all 3 employees at my house I felt my job was very well taken care of and it was also finished in a timely manner while being done to the highest standards! Ryan has incredible attention to detail, and as a perfectionist myself, that is something that I really appreciate. All of Ryan's piping work is perfectly straight and as 'out of sight' as possible. I also appreciated that he made the smallest hole possible into my house to connect to my drain system - it's barely noticeable. All of the work is gorgeous and you can tell the precision and care that Ryan puts into everything he does! I wish all contractors operated at this meticulous, caring, high level, that Ryan does - he is outstanding! I also appreciate all of the time Ryan took to show me all of the work and explain about my system after he completed the job. Never once did I feel rushed and I was able to ask a lot of questions and he was very nice and helpful. Other water companies I interviewed but decided not to go with "mansplained" me (which was annoying!) but Radiant Water dealt solely with me (never my husband) and I was always treated with the utmost courtesy. Brandon was outstanding as well and did a great job installing my Reverse Osmosis system and new sink faucet in my kitchen. I also like how Radiant Water are technicians as well where they can do maintenance and also fix plumbing problems with my water system - unlike some companies who only instal new systems. I appreciate how they will send me postcards in the mail to check in with me to remind me that the filters in my RO need changed and they can come out to service the systems as well which makes things easy for me. I like how all of the parts are made in America and they have both a parts and labor warranty. Overall, I was very impressed with and happy with all 3 men from Radiant Water. They are all experts at what they do and at all times made me feel like a valued customer. They treated my home with care and made sure that they tailored the water system and installation experience to be exactly what I wanted and what was optimal for my home. Then they came out and installed it within a few days. After a few days, we decided the water here needed more work than just the carbon filter, so they came out and added the RO filter to the setup super quickly and just with the monthly charge to the bill.
