Quality water, you can taste the difference. I recently got my annual bloodwork done and noticed a sharp increase in potassium. After some research I noticed that potassium chloride is used to clean the water. Reverse osmosis removes that, however the place I was going do did not use RO. I'm eager to re-test in 3 months to see if my potassium as been lowered. Waterias filtering process is great and does include RO. You can taste the difference it's immediately "thicker" which I think most people say is "softer". It's a little more expensive. The parking lot is an absolute shtshow but I started going over lunch to fill water and have a much better experience. It sucks to park a 2 minute walk down the parking lot with 2 5-gallon jugs of water. read more

I'm a pretty big germophobe, but I really feel at ease coming here to refill my water. Whenever I bring in my two 5gallon jugs, they rinse and scrub the outside of my container with soap and water, and then rinse the interior with water as well. Once they finish with the refill, they always replace the lid with a brand new one. So sweet, I can feel at ease getting clean water while they do all the work. No longer will I have to be judged when I look like a crazy person trying to clean my own bottles before refilling. read more

The best drinking water in town!! I'm so delighted about the fact that I have Wateria nearby. Actually, I have been looking for good water store since I moved here Santa Ana a few weeks ago and one of my friends brought me here. This place is not only well organized but also very clean. I also like the way they rinse my bottles inside and out before they refill water and place sterilized lids on all my bottles every time I visit. I've been a loyal customer to you guys for many months now until today today is May 23rd Wednesday 2:27 in the afternoon I went there to replace my 5-gallon water retainer which broke yesterday and which by the way I bought the 5-gallon there a month-and-a-half ago and it turns out that there's no warranty on those things which when I went in to get a replacement there was nothing of that particular 5-gallon anymore and way it was told to me was not professional so needless to say I'm giving you guys a three-star because of my experience and you lost a customer read more

The best tasting refillable water period! I've been living many different places in OC for more than 2 decades, and this wateria store offers better tasting water than any other store. Store is clean and transparent at the best. You can see their every filters and how water being purified. Staff washes water bottles and refills for you. They also offers high quality pH 9.6 alkaline water. It cost little more but definitely worth it especially when our body are consist of more than 60% water. If you are trying their alkaline water for the first time, I would recommend to mix with purified water 5:5 and gradually increase amount of alkaline water. read more

First visit today. The store was easy to find and very clean inside. I brought my own 5 gallon bottles and the woman behind the counter gave them a solid cleaning and filled them with alkaline water and sealed them up well. She could not have been any more helpful and nice. Will definitely be back. Say goodbye to the high prices and delivery issues with one of the "leading" water delivery services.
