Checking in was easy, finding our room, not so much. Hotel has ample signage and plenty of parking. Elevator is located at the far side of the building closest to the restaurant and some banquet rooms. We got out on our floor and had four hallways to chose from. Confusing. The two hallways on the far side of either direction takes you to the atrium walk ways that are located outside of rooms with sliding glass doors out to the atrium. Seemed a little invasive to walk by those rooms so late so opted for the inside corridor. Which was longer then making use of the atrium walk way. Having just has a hip replacement, this walls was not welcome. THANK GOD our room wasn't at the opposite end of the hotel, that wall would have taken me forever! Room was cleans s nicely appointed. For two tired people, it took us a few minutes to find the switches for the over bed wall light and the one above the entertainment center. Had a half decent sleep, do not think they had the foam pillows I usually get when I make use of the Marriott app which has all my preferences including foam pillows request. I did so the gentleman who checked us in to make sure they were foam. One does not get poked nor does a foam pillow deflat to a pancake width. Second night I had to make use of one of the couch pillows for support. Now I like to sleep in a little and my man is respectful for this and exited our room at 6:30a. Went to the lobby and started to look for the Marriott signature 24/7 coffee and hot water offering. Um, where is it?!? Husband told he had to wait for the restaurant to open and they will sell him a cup of coffee!?! Not Marriott staple service AT ALL! K I have to say, I am a previous Marriott employee and KNOW their standards and this did not meet. A man ended up stopping my man to ask him where he got the coffee from Dunkin doughnuts a few black cake away! He was told the same thing. Why would you send your guests out into territory that is unknown to them? We returned early evening and walked past the rooms with the sliding glass doors not caring now if we see something we shouldn't. No housekeeping as per our request since we were there for two nights only. Post stay: I wrote a review for the property and got a lovely, apologetic email. There is nothing they can do about the elevator being so far from a majority of their rooms. Major renovations would have to happen. He will speak with the restaurant for further understanding as to why a Marriott staple that travelers depend on is not present in their property. Most likely will not be back.

I also spoke with a manager at checkout to provide a brief rundown of this experience. While she apologized and offered to add some points to my account, the gesture felt minimal given the inconvenience of the situation. ​We were extremely disappointed with this stay. Had we been able to switch hotels last minute, we absolutely would have. This is simply not the level of hospitality or standards I have come to expect from the Marriott brand.

I did, but Nash referred me back to the manager, so I forwarded the Nash email response to MICHELLE thinking she would intervene on my behalf with Nash, but to my surprise, she told me to "We MADE your food and are not responsible for the outside delivery courier's fees. " Basically, she told me to "F___ OFF". I will never order from that store again. Michelle's denial of responsibility is puzzling, since the experience when ordering take-out on the Bagel Market & Bistro makes no mention that the store uses a third party to deliver, and that the merchant is not responsible for timely deliveries. In fact, I found out after the fact from MICHELLE that they use Nash to deliver their products. This should be irrelevant, since Nash is their vendor of choice; it is not like I or anyone else chose or would choose Nash to deliver an order...I never heard of Nash. Anyway, MICHELLE gave me the contact info for Nash Customer Support, I emailed them asking for a refund because the order arrived 45 minutes late, it was cold and dry, but Nash wrote back that I had to settle the issue with the merchant. You should have reached out to them when I explained that the courier number was on your confirmation and to reach out to them for any refunds that same day. I just love the vibe here and after being so used to dining in tiny city establishments (which I love, don't get me wrong), it's refreshing to have space between tables and room to breathe. It's well-appointed, almost making you feel like you're in a really cool barn (I mean this in the best way). Party space that you can rent out is well-hidden in the back. The bar area is also large but so inviting. I hear it's lively on Friday and Saturday nights. We were there on a Sunday afternoon, just after brunch at around 3, so there was plenty of seating available and it was pretty chill although not empty. If you are vegan or GF ask for the separate menu! They really should note it on the regular menu because if you have such restrictions, at first glance you'll think there's nothing here for you. Last time I had the vegan ravioli and meatballs and as much I recall having liked it, I knew I wanted to try something new, so I had the protein-rich sauteed "chicken" served over a bed of quinoa. I know this sounds basic but it's anything but. The chicken cutlets are succulent and delicious (I believe Gardein, but they season and prepare them to perfection) and the quinoa has a rich tomato sauce, as well as artichokes and mushrooms making it utterly delicious. Meaning, I ate the entire thing. There was no avoiding that. It didn't even need salt or any other seasoning. My father is still talking about the Margarita pizza he had, so I know we'll be returning next time I'm in town. My brother and sister-in-law also loved their food. Happiness all-around.
