I dropped off a cashmere sweater to have 4 antique cut steel buttons put on and put them in a bag attached to the sweater and a pair of pants to them and I came to pick them up and not only were the buttons replaced, they lost the antique buttons and never hemmed the pants. I was met with blank stairs and poor communication and no idea where anything was. I cannot stress that if you want your clothes to come back clean and alterations to be done correctly go anywhere else.

She claims that her inability to make the necessary repairs to her broken equipment is the fault of her landlord, which means she blames others for the poor performance of her own equipment.
