It's a lot thicker and creamier than the Strauss soft serve. I was impressed. I'm glad that they now serve the Jersey cow soft serve because the Buffalo one was pretty boring and too sweet. They no longer serve the Buffalo soft serve because the company was bought out and now they use the Buffalo milk for other items like cheese and no longer sell it for soft serve. Love this little market and if I move to Sausalito, I would be coming here quite often. And not just for the soft serve. They have a lot of very interesting items here. The items are all marked up a bit but otherwise good quality items and the food looks good. I've enjoyed their hot lunch here. All the prepare Foods look good too.
