Gave my son a good car at a great price. No hard selling here. Very satisfied.

I bought my vehicle there and the check engine light was on in a week, a tire was going flat, the brakes were failing, the steering was tricky, only one window worked, a tail lamp assembly was bad, the exhaust was on the brink of falling off and all kinds of other problems. I'm too disgusted to list all the problems. When I took it back, they wrote up an estimate that was double what I paid for the car and didn't even re-inflate the tire that they claimed was "all new." I'm lucky I'm a mechanic but most people are not. I should have checked it over better but I trusted them because they're a "dealership" and I'm totally screwed now. After this winter, I'm going to get this car in safe condition and sell it off because they won't do a thing for me. If you buy a vehicle from them, it'll be great... Until you sign your name and drive it for a week. They didn't even install my registration sticker that was sitting on the front seat. That's right, the temporary registration is still on it and I'm counting the days until I can afford to get rid of it. I've even read other reviews of people getting into accidents with vehicles purchased at this "dealership" just weeks after purchase due to a catastrophic failure, like a control arm. If I could put no stars or negative stars, that would still be too good. How many people is this business gonna screw over, injure, or even kill before they're shut down? I've already almost been in a handful of fender benders because they didn't tell me it needs all new brakes until two weeks AFTER I bought this lemon. Of course they were more than happy to sell it because the mileage exempts it from "Lemon Law." DO NOT buy from them. Spread the word and hopfully they'll be gone. Go there and ask for Steve. Ask him how he lives with himself.

I have a flat right now and they want to order a key to unlock the tire..because they never told, asked , nor inquired as to my need for such a thing. The worst ever. They make you fill out surveys and promise all sorts of things only to turn around after you've give them a glowing review to give you all the red tape and how you're not getting anything. After the first year, I got the car inspected and I asked them if the rear brakes were good because they don't look or feel good in the manager the office and showed me on a computer that they changed the brake pads all the way around and rotors and tires when I purchased a vehicle. Vehicle had 32,000 miles on it when I bought it has 52,000 on it and they say my rear brakes are totally shot pads and rotors . problem I have is your rear brake should never go before your front brakes and when I took it to get it inspected this year another shop they clearly stated that these are the original rear brakes and rotors on it. I called dealership. To return my calls and when I did talk to someone originally, they said there's no way they did not do the job if it says they did it they did it. This is a very dishonest dealership. I would never recommend it to anybody customer service is not something they care about all they care about is getting your money. It's been a week in three days and still no one will return my calls.

First call in the AM had them say "they don't work on cars older than 10 years....." despite the fact that it's THEIR make/model of car. Then they think because I was looking at just trading it in for a new car but the cars were too pricey for me, they called me back and I said that I wouldn't buy any car from them if they abandon me after 10 years.... they said "is there anything I can do for you?" Like, no... that's all you could've done for me and you didn't do it. Then the car repair place here tells me that this place does transmission work... so I give them another shot. The guy who answered the phone didn't seem like he was trained to talk to customers because it felt like I was talking to someone just out of high school... he told me after about 10 minutes of listening to Private Eyes by Hall & Oates constantly restarting itself on hold, "yeah, we can do it with a 3rd party part... but we need to do a diagnostic test first. Is that OK? (that kind of thing is about $200)" I asked *WHY* you'd need to do such a test when it's for the clutch... he said, "for liability." Now, I'm not paying for YOUR liability if you break something. If you want such assurance, do the diagnostic at YOUR expense and give me the report. Then he puts me on hold again for a bit and yes, Private Eyes by Hall & Oates starts over yet again.... and I gave up because this place just sounds like a complete mess. I don't care that it's 2 miles from my place. I'll take a place that's 10 miles down the road and deal with getting back over someone like this. To be honest, after today, I think it's more productive if I just set the damn car on fire. I'm beyond annoyed.
