Super easy and convenient. Jon and Dave got me into the vehicle I was looking for at a price I could afford. Great customer service!

If I could give negative stars I would. I am sharing my experience to help other consumers make…read moreinformed decisions. In February 2025, I brought my 2020 Lincoln Corsair to this dealership because the driver's seat would not recline. I paid over $900 for parts and labor to have the issue repaired. In January 2026, the exact same problem occurred--the driver's seat again would not recline. I returned to the dealership and was told this time it involved a different seat motor and would cost nearly $1,000 to repair. I declined the repair. Despite declining the work, I was charged $220 in diagnostic fees simply to be told that I would need to spend additional money on a problem that had already been repaired at significant cost. From a consumer standpoint, this was frustrating, as the prior repair did not resolve the issue. I attempted to resolve this matter directly with dealership management through email, certified mail and phone. I did not receive a response until after posting a public review. When I was contacted via email, it was stated that multiple attempts had been made to reach me; however, no prior phone calls or emails were received, despite my contact information being on file. So, I called them back, left a message and still have not heard from anyone. Shame on you Greenwich Ford!

I asked the dealership to take a look at a seatbelt that was slow to recoil. The seatbelt worked,…read moreit recoiled and locked, just was a little slow at the the end. I though this problem would be something simple like recoiling the seatbelt or adjusting the spring unit and for convenience had them take a look as I was bringing my car in for an oil change anyway. Lesson learned - I should have YouTubed it first. They charged me a $225 "diagnostic fee" which they did not disclose to me prior to service, only to inform me I needed to replace the entire seatbelt unit which would cost $1200 (on top of the $225 I already had to pay for nothing). They returned by vehicle to me in worse shape than I gave it - with the entire seat belt uncoiled on my seat, grease and blood on my seat and around the seat belt. I decided to look on YouTube to find out how to replace the part myself, which would cost me $500 for the part. Immediately, I came across many videos that recommended trying to clean the seatbelt and D-ring holder - which, by the way, worked perfectly and the seatbelt now works normal. I could actually see the grime coming off the plastic D-ring holder. If YouTube could tell me what was wrong by a few key words, I feel like they could have suggested a solution without even looking at my car. If they employ master mechanics, as they explained to me , shouldn't they know something this simple? I asked to speak to the manager, he didn't come talk to me. I used to like this place, but it seems like the new owner/manager isn't doing very well based on other reviews like mine. This isn't even the first time I have had an issue. This was their second chance for me.

Extremely Disappointing Experience. I honestly don't know how a dealership can make buying a…read morevehicle this unnecessarily difficult, but this dealership managed to do exactly that. I had an appointment to look at a specific vehicle. You would think the vehicle would be ready when I arrived, but it wasn't. I spent an excessive amount of time waiting and dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth just to get to the point of test-driving it. What concerns me most is that I was allowed to test-drive a vehicle that the dealership later told me needed brakes before it could be delivered/certified. How does a dealership allow a customer--and my service dog--to get into and drive a vehicle that apparently wasn't ready or safe to be driven? That's not simply poor organization; that's a serious safety concern. Once we started discussing the purchase, I repeatedly asked for two simple numbers: what would you give me for my trade-in and what was the price of the vehicle? Instead, there was endless discussion about monthly payments when that wasn't what I was asking for. Then came the trade-in appraisal. This same dealership had previously serviced my truck. In December, they physically replaced the front brakes and specifically told me the rear brakes were good. Then in April, I brought the truck in for inspection and was told the rear brakes were so bad that they would not let me leave with my own truck. Then, during the trade-in appraisal, I was told they could only give me a certain amount because my truck needed brakes. I have a very serious question: How can the dealership replace my front brakes, tell me the rear brakes are good, and then months later tell me the rear brakes are so bad I can't drive away--only to then use the condition of those brakes against me when valuing my trade? I was understandably frustrated and questioned this. The salesperson then asked if I wanted the vehicle that day. I said yes. More than four hours later, I was finally told that the vehicle wasn't actually ready and still needed brakes and certification for CarBravo. I had my service dog with me through this entire ordeal. We agreed I would return the following day to pick it up. I drove an hour back to the dealership, only to wait approximately 20 minutes before someone from finance came over confused about why I was there. I was then told the vehicle wasn't ready and apparently was never supposed to be ready. I had to explain three times how the salesperson and I had arranged the pickup. At that point, I walked out, told them how unprofessional this was, and said I wasn't sure I even wanted the vehicle anymore. A manager called the next day. Unfortunately, that conversation made things worse. She sounded annoyed and irritated with me almost from the beginning and treated my concerns as though they were an inconvenience. When I explained the history of the brakes and the amount I had been quoted for my trade, I felt as though I was being treated like I was lying. I specifically told her I had initialed paperwork showing the trade-in amount, yet I was essentially told they could only do another $500. Despite all of this, we eventually agreed on a price and the vehicle was delivered to my home. Then the screen needed to be replaced. About a week later, the brakes on the vehicle began squealing when coming to a slow stop. I contacted the salesperson and sent a picture showing the vehicle reporting approximately 72% brake life remaining, explaining that there was no reasonable way I had used nearly 30% of the brakes in one week. I recently returned to the dealership for the replacement screen and to address the brake concern. They replaced the screen. They said nothing about the brakes. After everything that had already happened surrounding brakes, I find that completely unacceptable. The biggest problem isn't that one thing went wrong. Things happen. The problem is the pattern: poor communication, lack of organization, conflicting information, wasted time, dismissive management, and lack of follow-through. I spent hours at the dealership unnecessarily, drove an hour back for a vehicle that wasn't ready, had to repeatedly explain agreements made with their own employees, was made to feel like I was lying about information I had documentation for, and now have a brake concern that still hasn't been addressed. I specifically chose a traditional dealership after having a much simpler experience with Carvana. This experience reminded me exactly why. Get everything in writing, verify every number, and don't assume one employee's agreement will be communicated to the next. For me, this was one of the most frustrating vehicle-buying experiences I've ever had. 0/5 stars. I would not recommend this dealership.
