BIG thanks to the work that Alejandro and his crew have done at my house. I contacted Alejandro for exterior painting of my house, but in our discussion, we expanded it to include some stucco repair. And then I decided to stucco over some cinder block walls in the backyard. Gotta tell you....it looks AMAZING. The stucco work is top notch and matches the previous stucco very closely. During consultation for drywall and painting, a quote and overview were given and within a couple days, the team was able to start working. The prices are also very reasonable. I couldn't be happier! Alejandro and his team were great. I called Alejandro on a Sunday at 5pm for a project on a Monday (the day after). I asked him if he can fully paint and change baseboards to our primary bathroom in two days and he said yes. He provided a quote within an hour which was very fair and he immediately started the shopping on a Sunday night. He brought on a team of four people in order to get our house ready on time to show! During the project, we added on a bunch of other things (painting the other bathroom and cabinets and deck and fixing our doors and gate, our fireplace, and steam cleaning professionally our tiles). He gave us quotes on the spot and with a positive attitude. He said "anything is possible". He was honest and his team were super professional and respectful. I sent a request in yelp to have my overhead storage rack for my garage installed and Alejandro from De La Cruz projects responded within minutes. The rack holds 600 lbs, for piece of mind he went up and laid across to show that the rack and anything I store within the recommended weight limit will not come down falling on my car. Believe me, that I understand how crazy schedules and traffic and everything else can be, but...: 1) When I have scheduled something with my vendors, I make an effort to be there early or on time. If I'm unable to make it, I make every effort to call before hand or text that I'm running late. So the other party can either grab lunch or know that I would not be there at the agreed time. 2) If a contractor or vendor is not interested in a project, It would Be courteous to let homeowner know. Simple text will do. I texted Alejandro reminding him that I haven't seen the estimate yet. Even after that I did not get a response. All the above happened to me with DeLaCruz contractors. I will not be using this company, even if they did send me an estimate, just because that shows me that there is no proper communication between the parties. I know they're busy, they may do a great job, but common courtesy and communication is a corner stone of a great relationship in business. That was lacking. read more

They were able to start within a few days after we discussed our estimate, after initially giving an estimate of 3 days to complete everything they were actually able to get it done in two.
