Hired Alejandro and his crew to paint the interior of my home: walls, baseboards, and ceilings, which are vaulted and grooved boards. The work is excellent - smooth walls and beautiful, clean edges. I'm especially pleased with the ceiling, which looks amazing. Alejandro was very articulate and thorough in his initial consultation. He knows more than just painting and helped to diagnose a few electrical issues. His crew was punctual (start and end times), professional and courteous, and they worked in an efficient manner throughout the house so we could move around with ease (including moving and rehanging our 85" tv). I shopped around to three other highly reviewed painters in the area and am very, very satisfied with the pricing and final work. Highly recommend. read more

DelaCruz Painting Projects and Alejandro did a great job patching up my drywall from a plumbing project. They patched, textured, and painted my walls and the results were good. BIG thanks to the work that Alejandro and his crew have done at my house. I contacted Alejandro for exterior painting of my house, but in our discussion, we expanded it to include some stucco repair. And then I decided to stucco over some cinder block walls in the backyard. Gotta tell you....it looks AMAZING. The stucco work is top notch and matches the previous stucco very closely. The patch work along the house was extensive and thorough. His team are extremely knowledgeable and precise. Alejandro has always been very responsive, and his prices are competitive and an excellent value. You can tell that he takes pride in what he does. LOVE what they're doing. read more

Alejandro and his team were able to jump onto the project quickly, fitting in with other schedules from other contractors who were going to start renovating my place. During consultation for drywall and painting, a quote and overview were given and within a couple days, the team was able to start working. The prices are also very reasonable. Updates were given regularly and Alejandro was always available if anything came up. The overall project was around two weeks or so for the entire house. The final results were fantastic, including final touches and walk throughs. read more

I was totally happy with the work that Alejandro and helper did for my home. I needed various things done but after talking with Alejandro it seemed he could "do it all".. and he did. Besides a great interior paint job, he completed 4 plumbing tasks, stucco work, installed baseboards, and even anchored down a hose post. We also had a problem with a outside light post that I thought I would have to replace at a high cost but Alejandro repaired the wood structure and the bricks that surrounded the structure. He saved me lots of $$. Besides being a man of many talents, he was on time, presented his proposal in a clear way....and is a nice guy. Thanks Alejandro ! You are my go to guy. read more

I couldn't be happier! Alejandro and his team were great. I called Alejandro on a Sunday at 5pm for a project on a Monday (the day after). I asked him if he can fully paint and change baseboards to our primary bathroom in two days and he said yes. He provided a quote within an hour which was very fair and he immediately started the shopping on a Sunday night. He brought on a team of four people in order to get our house ready on time to show! During the project, we added on a bunch of other things (painting the other bathroom and cabinets and deck and fixing our doors and gate, our fireplace, and steam cleaning professionally our tiles). He gave us quotes on the spot and with a positive attitude. He said "anything is possible". He was honest and his team were super professional and respectful. So grateful to have a trustworthy, hard working and reasonable contractor I can rely on. That you Alejandro and team! read more

I sent a request in yelp to have my overhead storage rack for my garage installed and Alejandro from De La Cruz projects responded within minutes. After review of the project and speaking with one of his colleagues he showed up the same day and got the job done! Profesional through and through! Saftey is their main concern! The rack holds 600 lbs, for piece of mind he went up and laid across to show that the rack and anything I store within the recommended weight limit will not come down falling on my car. Will be calling Alejandro to assist on future projects. read more

Believe me, that I understand how crazy schedules and traffic and everything else can be, but...: 1) When I have scheduled something with my vendors, I make an effort to be there early or on time. If I'm unable to make it, I make every effort to call before hand or text that I'm running late. So the other party can either grab lunch or know that I would not be there at the agreed time. 2) If a contractor or vendor is not interested in a project, It would Be courteous to let homeowner know. Simple text will do. I texted Alejandro reminding him that I haven't seen the estimate yet. Even after that I did not get a response. All the above happened to me with DeLaCruz contractors. I will not be using this company, even if they did send me an estimate, just because that shows me that there is no proper communication between the parties. I know they're busy, they may do a great job, but common courtesy and communication is a corner stone of a great relationship in business. That was lacking. read more

Needed some drywall damage needing to be patched and fixed after removing a cabinet. They fixed all damage and added texture. Looks amazing. They covered the entrance and completed very quickly and cleaned. I recommend! read more

I had DelaCruz Painting work on painting the entire interior of my house. I was in the process of getting my house ready to sell so I needed to get the entirety of it repainted and after getting several estimates DelaCruz was both the best price as well as the most responsive to my requests. They were able to start within a few days after we discussed our estimate, after initially giving an estimate of 3 days to complete everything they were actually able to get it done in two. They arrived early each morning and would text or call me if they had any updates, questions, or needed anything for the job that I hadn't previously provided that they needed to purchase to confirm it was ok to put that into the agreed-upon price. My house came out excellent and was done ahead of schedule. My house is now sold and I would say that no small part of that is the excellent painting that Delacruz Painting provided. Can't thank them enough. read more

My husband and I recently decided to paint the interior of our house and we were fortunate enough to come across DelaCruz Painting Projects on Yelp. Alejandro responded quickly to come out to our home and offer a quote and came the next day. He was able to quote me the price of his service that day. His prices are very fair and affordable! I let him know on a Friday we would like to move forward and he and the team started on Monday. Once the work started, Alejandro and team were quick to prep and get rolling. The project was due to take around 5 days and was actually completed in 4. Incredibly happy with the results of this experience. Not only would I recommend Alejandro to others, I will certainly be using his services again! read more

I'm sooo late for this review. I used their services in March I think. Fernando and Alejandro did an impeccable job. They fixed the interior of a cabinet, changed the caulking of my sink, installed an under sink garbage bin, and did a lot of cosmetic fixes to the area where my dishwasher is. They worked all day in my kitchen and I was very satisfied with the quality of their work. Thank you so much for the great job!!!! I'm happy that I know how reliable they are. read more

I ordered a quote to get my new house painted. It was a rush because the movers were coming the next day. Alejandro was quick to respond. He came right away the same day. He dropped of his materials and said he would be back the next day. He was right there on time the next morning with his team. They covered the floors extremely well. Not one spot of paint hit the floor or looks out of place. It's clean. It's smooth. I was a little nervous because I really had never seen his work but let me tell you, he put that nervousness away. Alejandro and his team worked diligently all day painting two rooms in my house. They did an excellent job! I'm so pleased, I'm looking for other rooms to paint just so that I can give them some work. Thank you Alejandro and team for your professional work ethic and beautiful product. We are pleased. read more

Having been threatened by the city of LA to get rid of my chipping paint, I found Mr. De La Cruz on yelp.com. He and his assistant Billy, just finished the job today and I couldn't be happier. Had a patch to be fixed along the doorway. Called De La Cruz Projects and they answered immediately and I was giving a quote within minutes for my repairs. Arrived on time, which is a plus already. Alejando went above and beyond with his work. Not only did he fill up the patch, he also went out of his way to paint the patch to the color of my wall. He noticed the door was getting stuck, so he went ahead and fixed that as well. Has a good eye for attention to detail. Very clean with their work and considerate of one's home by not leaving a mess. I definitely recommend De La Cruz Projects and would consider using them again! Thank you for your work!! read more
